Located just a couple of blocks west of the iconic Pearl Street Mall, the office is anchored by six industry veterans — Brian Weinberg, Blue Hessner, Dan Spiegler, Steve Evans, Todd Adelman and Dirk Walker — boasting an average of more than 13 years of experience in the Boulder, Boulder County and Denver Metro markets.

Established in 2003.

Brian’s mortgage experience rests on a strong foundation in the banking industry. He worked with US Bank for eight years where he excelled from the start. His roles included serving as a branch manager and senior mortgage officer.

Brian joined Premier Mortgage as a Senior Mortgage Officer in 2012. Brian’s patience, knowledge and dedication to each client’s specific needs set him apart from others in his field. Brian specializes in first time home buyers, jumbo, VA, FHA.

He now has partnered to co-​manage the New American Funding office in March of 2015. We have exceeded expectations with our service level for our clients as well as extremely competitive products and rates!
