Boulder Driving Academy specializes in classroom and behind-the-wheel driver’s education. We provide driver training and driver preparation for the State of Colorado written permit, driver’s license and driving tests. We teach teenagers, international students, and adults the fundamentals and road rules for a life-time of safe driving. Students may take the written and driving tests at our offices in a friendly and waiting-line free environment. We teach all of our classes in a mobile-free and smoke-free environment for the safety and comfort of our students.
History
Established in 2006.
Boulder Driving Academy has emerged as the premier Driving School for Boulder and the surrounding cities of Louisville, Lafayette, Longmont, Nederland, Lyons and Gunbarrel. We started with a single car in 2006 and quickly expanded to offer the area’s newest fleet of Nissan Sentras. Our behind-the-wheel driver education cars are state-of-the-art: each has a passenger-side (instructor) brake and 9 airbags. Our teachers have thousands of hours of teaching experience and rate among the highest in the State of Colorado for excellence.

Business Owner
Stephen is passionate about teaching students the rules and techniques necessary to become a lifelong safe driver. He has been in education for numerous years and prides himself on the graduation and success rate of his students. Stephen is a father of 3 and has lived in the Boulder Valley for over 20 years.
