I would recommend her to anyone, and hope to have future business with her & her husband. The other people in her charming office are also very helpful, and easy to deal with as well.

I don’t write many reviews on Unilocal,much less hand out five stars, but this is one that is truly deserving.
Joyce and Gordon helped me with with a multi-​faceted real estate sale that was much more complicated than your average transaction. Even when there were moments that the sale seemed in jeopardy, they never once batted an eye, and their advice proved to be sensible and well placed. Communication was always direct and to the point, and they also did an excellent job of managing the relationships that existed with the buyer and title companies.
People often say that it is the little things that count, and it is so true. Both proved to be very responsive to queries via email and phone, and they went so far as to meet a repair man at the property, when I was unable break away from work.

Gordon Rudy and his mother Joyce were great to work with. As first-​time home buyers, both gave us great insight into the buying process, never sugar-​coated anything, and truly took the time to get to know us in order to help us find just the home we were looking for. It took six months, but we settled in the heart of Felton and are so happy. I highly recommend their services in the purchasing process, and I can only imagine they’re great if you’re on the selling end.

Schwarzbach managed the property where I stayed for 1 year and a half in Boulder Creek. Carole is always very friendly, and although I never consulted with her as far as the real-​estate aspect of her business, their office is nice and small, cozy and clean and they always have a lot of real estate properties posted ouside of their office, as well as handouts.
