I just recently moved to Las Vegas and I was shopping for cable service a relative of mine recommended Cox and they’re the first one that I have called it took me three times to call them to just set up an order after that order I was told that I was going to pay less than $ 150 for all the channels that I want including the international Channel that my wife watch and the kids channels The day before the installation somebody have called my wife to say that her ID verification was not valid so I did put it on there my name and all of a sudden The $ 150 bill per month went up to $ 170 plus so I have called them to complain about the situation. So I have called the customer service/loyalty department and also their sales department to complain about the situation. And in my own experience dealing with Comcast AT&T comparing their customer service with this company Cox customer service is the order that I have or have experience. So I warned you before you start dealing with this company run through the service that you’re trying to bail from them before you say go ahead because I will guarantee you it will have a headache the same headache that I experience dealing with this Cox company. This is a pair warning to you if you want to start service with Cox cable company in Las Vegas Nevada.
