We have been here for about 4 months. We have no complaints thus far. Our place is clean and spacious. When we have had things break, they have had it fixed quickly at no charge. They keep the apartment grounds pretty clean too! Not a bad place to live.

As someone who has lived here multiple times I have to say that the property has gone down hill as well as the people living there. There is an extreme lack of respect that is helped on by the lack of enforcement of the property rules and regulations by the management. Think twice on this complex.

I am really happy with Willina Ranch. The quality of these homes is pretty nice. Even my dad who is a contractor commented on several things in the apartment that were done with quality such as fans in the laundry room, bathroom lighting and kitchen. As far as the staff goes, they have been wonderful and more than accommodating. We were scheduled to move in to the apartment on the first floor, but once I saw it I had a change of heart and Liz was so sweet to show us one on the second floor that I just loved! I am so happy with my decision and the place we chose. The only small negative to the place is the parking for visitors … It’s not that much, but other than that, place is awesome and well maintained.
