Renter beware. Easy to get in, difficult to get out. Be VERY knowledgeable of the Landlord Tenant laws especially when it comes to your move-​in check list. WRITE DOWN ABSOLUTELY EVERY LITTLE DAMAGE YOU SEE BEFORE YOU SIGN YOUR DOCUMENT. Be aware that they will use a black light upon move out inspection for carpets. If any stains are noted they make false accusations and will charge you FULL replacement costs. Management team (Debbi & Sarah): very difficult to negotiate with and are extremely good at making the tenant feel like trash. If dealing with questionable charges, the corporate manager is much more professional. Good luck.
