I had such a stressful day today and when I went to get dinner for my family at this location, it was so nice to have such a kind and polite cashier greet me! The food was also super tasty and so much better than anything I could have made at home in the state that I was in at the time. This was one of the bright points to this stressful day, and I am very thankful for them.

Taco Bell your exacerbations are going to be accordingly. However this location in particular is terrible. The cost just keep going up and quality and service going down. The only reason I frequent T.C. art this location is convenience and it’s open late when your hungry.
I have never written re; how bad Taco Bell is terrible but as an example, I order just a simple combo and got the entirely different food. I didn’t even get my drink. Thank you just gave you $ 8.75 for nothing.

if I could give 0 stars, this place would get it.
1. this place inside is filthy! there’s food all over the benches and tables.
2. for a salad a lady told me they don’t have ranch. she gave me salsa & said «no this is for salad. no ranch»
had to ask the cashier who left the cashier to clean tables for ranch dressing & two of the workers looked at each other like they don’t know what in the world ranch dressing is!
then they say they don’t have ranch, they only have spicy ranch. whatever already I’ll take it.
3. I ordered a STEAK QUESADILLA and I got a quesadilla half chicken, half steak! took it back & the workers were confused — «so u want just extra steak?» «yeah, this is steak» kept telling them, I don’t think you understand. a quesadilla is either or NOT BOTH.
on top of that, they don’t clean their grills or something or someone is lazy. my quesadilla had burnt leftovers all over! disgusting.
then there’s this worker in the back that spoke Spanish every time to us and looked at us like we were dumb when we were asking for ranch dressing or the steak quesadilla! lady get out already. I’ll go over that counter & show you what’s up.
NEVER COMING TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN.

They were open late on a Sunday and they got our order to us very fast. Even though after seeing all those cap’n crunch ball commercials I decided to try them. I didn’t bother to check the bag thinking that they could do a single order right and they forgot it. Unlike most people at this point I stopped caring about it since I had already driven off and it was only a dollar for 2 pieces. Would have taken more money in gas to come back and it was probably pretty unhealthy. Despite that mess up everything else tasted great! I’ll probably be forced to come here more since the Kirkland location is gone.

Dammit, you guys messed up my order.

I really was craving a crunchwrap. So bad. But alas, when I get home ready to enjoy my favorite Taco Bell treat there’s just two stale hard shell tacos in my bag.
If you’ve eaten at this location I’m sure you understand my disappointment and have probably experiencing it for yourself firsthand.
Would it kill you to check your hand to see what you’re throwing in a bag? Im really not asking for much, maybe just my order instead of two tacos for $ 8?

Worst service ever! If you value your time, DO NOT GO THERE! The drive thru dude made us wait for no reason. This should be close and the serving dude should be fire immediately.

I just spent 30 minutes in the drive thru waiting for the two cars in front of me to get their small bag of food. The slowest fast food I’ve ever had. The worst part is when I get to the window, the lady forgot to make my coffee so she went a few steps and began to make my iced coffee. While she waited for the coffee to brew, she bent down and cleaned out the floor drain with her bare hands, then handed me my coffee without washing her hands or anything. My cup is all dirty with floor grease. I’m so beyond grossed out and I won’t be coming back to this Taco Bell. I wish I could give this no stars

they always mess up on my orders and their baja blast freezee machine is always broken. fix it please.

Sign said open until 10, so we showed up at 9:48 with a large group thinking we could eat. Most of the chairs were on the tables. We were told we could only order if we got it to go, so we left.

WORST SERVICE EVER! Not only do you sit there forever waiting to be asked what you would like but it never takes any less than 20 min in the drive thru even when no one is in line. We sat for 10 min to talking to a box in the drive thru. drove to the window and knocked and told them they had horrible service and the obviously stoned teenage boy said «I know» as his manager is sitting on her cell phone.

Crunchy tacos are now up to a $ 1.49 and are a joke. The already small shells are about half full and you can literally count the angel hair thin shreds of cheese, there is so little. I’m going back to Taco Time, the now only
.30 difference is well worth a far superior taco.

This establishment is terrible. In particular, the mornings are the worst. First of all, the worker’s there are surprised to see someone walking in the door at 715AM. Secondly, they don’t even bother to greet you… just a blank stare and a disgruntled look. Not even a smile? Don’t even think about getting a coffee unless you think you like to pay café price for essentially Keurig coffee. This ain’t Ed Debevic, but it sure acts like it.

This place sucks. Soft taco shells are always stale, drive thru is more of a drive in and they fail to omit ingredients when requested. I’ve driven to Everett to grab TB and would rather repeat that trip than eat here again.
I’m surprised the owner doesn’t care… but this place continues to be neglected.

Horrible. Still questioning why I even stop here. Two cars in the drive through and maybe five people in the lobby (already eating) and I order three things and was directed to the parking lot to wait for my food. It’s been 10 minutes… Fire the management and staff here and get all new or rip the place down. If I could give negative stars I would.

Sat in the drive thru for over 15 mins. No explanation, no apologies. Just pathetic. How smart do you need to be to work fast food?

It’s Taco Bell ! If you want cheap tacos awsome ! But staff wow !!! The kid in the drive through was awful! When we asked for sauce he got pissed mummered a swear room and slammed the window! My young kids even heard his not so choice words… Hey it’s your job, I’m not sling you to be really nice just lay off the cuss words when I ask for taco sauce

I was very upset because at first I had a young man on the intercom stating that he can drop empanada’s but he would have to know how many because they take about 7 – 10 minutes. I told him let me get a head count and I will let him know in a couple of seconds. I then waited for about 7 minutes before someone else came to the intercom and asked for my order, I said I would like 4 Empanada’s and the guy said «sorry, we are out of Empanda’s.» I told him that someone else just told me that they do have it and he said «oh, I guess we do then.» So that was the first problem with Austin P. So I ordered 1 Quesarito box, 4 empanada’s, 1 soft taco supreme, and 2 crunchy taco supremes. After paying for my order I was told that the empanada’s were gonna take not that long and I asked how long and they said, 10 – 15 minutes?! Last time I checked that was pretty long and why couldn’t they have dropped them when I had first ordered them? Then when I was asked to wait in a parking spot in front of the building I checked my bag to see if anything else was missing and realized they didn’t even give me a box for the Quesarito Box. I am 2 months pregnant and drove about 6 minutes to get some taco bell. I figured the rest was correct because the wrapper stated that it was. So when I get home, I realize that they charged me for 2 crunchy taco supreme’s but got regular $ 1 taco’s instead. No sour cream, no tomato’s…i ate it about to cry because when your pregnant and you really crave something, it sucks not getting what you paid for or what you originally wanted… lost a customer FOREVER… me & my husband.

I love taco bell, I love their food and cheap prices but this certain taco bell just doesn’t live up to it. The drive through line honestly takes 20 minutes unless you go during a dead time. Even the front door doesn’t close properly. This taco bell needs better management desperately.

Good service, good food. It’s Taco Bell. Not less superior than I’ve experienced at any other. Don’t expect authentic Mexican, or anything hornet. It’s fast, cheap and yummy. Restaurant is always clean.

AM Crunchwrap and Cinnabon Delights. These are my new extremely guilty pleasure breakfast items.
We came in here for a carpool team breakfast to try the new menu out.
I’ll start off by saying we were all really excited for this in a slightly ironic but really curious way. I mean come on waffle taco?!?
The waffle taco was ok, it met the requirements but I wish the waffle had a nice crispy caramelized exterior. The AM Crunchwrap (Steak) was phenomenal, I can see myself getting this again on a road trip or something like that. It’s «steak», hash browns, eggs, cheese, and a sauce wrapped in a griddled tortilla. Whats not to love? The Cinnabon Delights were absolutely amazing, a total sugar bomb and a recipe for stomach pain if you eat more than 3.
All in all we were really satisfied with our breakfast experience.
