Monica’s background in Customer Service, P&L Analytics, Sales and Operations allowed her to launch the newly established Northend market in 2013 for Regus while overseeing a brand new Center opening in Bothell, WA. Monica is currently focused on delivering stellar customer service to 150 current direct clients as well as continuing to develop business through all available channels in Snohomish County: This involves creative grassroots marketing, B2B partner promotions, referral relationships including local business organizations and commercial brokerage. Currently overseeing an amazing Customer Service Team with 100% Customer Satisfaction scores and a beautiful 14,732 sq ft new commercial office center. The Bothell Center was the most successful center opening the Area’s history with 80% occupancy achieved in 100 days. Come tour today!
