Perfect small business experience. I had some used garments mixed in with newer ones that I wanted embroidered. Pamela told me why that wasn’t so wise, then let me take the risk and do it any way. Turnaround time exactly as promised, excellent communication throughout, and she is way more detail-​oriented than I am. I was totally pleased with the outcome (even the not recommended ones are good enough for what I wanted) and the price, and even more so the service.
I’ll be back.

I use Unilocal quite a lot but have never written a review. However, I was so pleased by Pamela’s attention to detail that I wanted to make time to do this.
I’d been wanting to purchase a matching Pottery Barn Kids Christmas stocking for our son who was born in 2010 after we had purchased our family’s stockings in 2007. I finally bit the bullet and found a 2007 stocking off eBay that was from the same series as ours’.
I was also hoping to have his name enbroidered onto the stocking to match our PBK embroidered stockings. After reading the other Unilocal reviews, I decided to give MoonDog a try because it was close by.
It cost $ 15 to embroider his name on the stocking which seems to be about the going rate. What stood out to me was Pam’s attention to detail and open communication. She had me bring in my other stockings so she could match the lettering style as well as the thread shade as closely as possible. She then communicated back and forth via email and took pictures to share what she what had done and to get my preferences.
Like the other reviewer, she was flexible so I could pick his completed stocking up after hours. The final product looks like a really close match to our set! I’m so glad I took a chance on MoonDog Embroidery. It was worth every penny of the $ 15 to finally get this done and the fireplace mantle looks great. Thanks again Pam!

I needed one single shirt as a gag gift for my boyfriend — I expected it to be really expensive anywhere I called in, because I’ve gone through screen printing services before and other embroidery shops, and it’s typically not a cheap expense.
I called MDE and Pam was quick to help, and went above and beyond in getting my order completed and ready in time for his birthday. She even made sure I could pick it up during off-​hours. And the price could not be beat for such a low-​volume order!
Turns out I ordered the wrong size and am purchasing another one. He’ll be able to use the first one as a paint-​shirt I suppose: D

I have a small landscape company and needed some sweatshirts and hats embroidered. Moondog had an excellent selection of clothing to choose from, different weights, materials, sizes and prices. Pamela was even able to use the design from my sign guy so that our clothing items match the signs on our trucks!
I’m looking forward to Spring and going back to get t-​shirts printed.
