What a spectacular specialty drinks list they have here! Normally, you’ll find a couple of specialty drinks at these drive thru’s. Not here — this list has many and is very season-oriented! The creations are interesting and the descriptions are mouthwatering. Today I tried the frosted gingerbread latte. Um YEAH! This place is great, definitely check it out if you’d like a drink creation«outside the box…» Can’t wait to try more! Now I know why this is my dad’s favorite place!

Doubled sided, fast and courteous. Oh and they make some good coffee. Been visiting this place since we moved to the area almost 5 years ago. Know your trivia for a little discount. Wonder what the lines will be like after the new Lynnwood High school opens in a few weeks.

Mixers is by far one of the best stands I have ever visited. By my second trip there, they had my drink memorized and on my third time visiting the stand, they had my drink ready for me by the time I was to the window… exceptional, quality service. Most stands I have ever been too, water my ice drinks down, but mixers is full of taste, never a burnt shot in site. I have witnessed them even poor shots out, refusing to serve them since they did not look up to par. I recommend Mixers Espresso to anyone passing through or living in the neighborhood. They are quick and friendly and take making espresso seriously unlike most mom and pop stands out there. Two thunbs up Mixers… I love you girls and my coffee each and everyday!

I go to Mixer’s every morning and frequently in the evenings. They’re fast, friendly and consistent. The crew knows my drink and has it prepped for me by the time I arrive at the window. A much cheaper alternative to $tarbucks and better coffee I have to say.

Despite not being first to review, I’ve been the occasional customer of Mixer’s since they opened. If you live in this area, or like me and my mom, utilize the ‘back roads’ of life to get anywhere, Mixer’s is conveniently located. It’s a regular stop on the way to shopping with my mom in Lynnwood for the two of us. There is consistent quality to be found here, however, when ordering multiple drinks I often have to ask them to make mine first. My mom orders her lattes«extra hot» and if the barista makes hers first, I often end up with a beyond burnt/scalding breve. Not every time, but enough times in the past that we’ve learned. They always have a trivia question, that if answered correctly, will get you a discount on your drink. Usually 25 cents. They do a good job of varying the topics to keep it fun. In addition, they run daily specials, have punch cards and a variety of the ‘add on snacks’ typical of espresso stands today. In my visit today, I shared with the ladies the wonder that is Unilocal. They were genuinely excited to hear about Unilocal, and that they had a review«somewhere out there». My mom’s advice is also to hit this place on the weekends. If your regular espresso stand has different employees on the weekend than«your girl», Mixer’s is worth the trip over for baristas who know what they are doing. And, it’s true. Many of the stands closer to mine and mom’s houses have some pretty uneven quality when it’s not your ‘regular’ girl. They have a little storage shed on site that is filled to the brim with syrups, cups and the necessary whatnot’s, so them running out of your favorite flavor, or the right size cup on a busy day, is an unlikely occurrence. Pricing is about on par with the trend that the stands are cheaper than Starbuck’s, but they do charge more than my more regular haunts for my breve.
