JJL Construction Inc. is an 18yr. + Wa. State General Contractor who specializes in, but is not limited to, kitchen and bath remodels. We are the owners and we do the work — this keeps quality assurance under our control and prices competitve for our clients! Specialty license contractors on our jobs, i. e, plumbers, electricians, roofers req’d by the State of Wa., are all licensed/​bonded to protect our customers.

JJL’s owner got his start traveling the U.S. on a construction crew building well known restaurants and daycare academies and finallly settled in Wa. State in 1982 where he became a supervisor for a development/​construction company building local seafood and steak restaurants from the ground up.

As general contractors we do a variety of work from sheetrock repair to inspection work order repair, tilework, finish carpentry as well as insurance demo/​repair, etc. If your job isn’t listed, just call.

Business Owner

Jim has owned JJL Construction since 1991 when he decided to settle in to Washington State and stay off the traveling construction circuit. He also worked for a custom cabinet shop where he learned finish work so by the time he started his own business, the knowledge and skills he had learned were perfect for a small business. He is great at making suggestions or simply taking queues from the client.
