I have had such a wonderful experience with this business and I would use them again! She took my daughters one week photos and they turned out awesome. She was very professional, pleasant and eager to meet our needs. I would definitely recommend this business!

Ireina was hired to photograph our wedding. She claimed that she worked ‘over 100 hours’ on the photos and went ‘above her obligations’.
To say that the photos are awful is an understatement, but what has been far worse is her inability to admit her work was not acceptable, apologize, listen to my concerns and requests, and FIX what few photos may be salvageable.
She’s never offered an apology, she had an excuse for everything, claimed my guests were uncooperative and then dropped contact with me after claiming I ‘verbally abused her’.
She missed all of the key moments of the ceremony and refused to lift the yellow filter which distorted every color and removed all details.
When I requested she allow me to work on the photos, she refused and casually referred to her contract (which has no recourse for unsatisfactory work).
Aside from being heartbroken, Ireina’s inability to see her errors, be flexible or empathetic are astounding. Did I mention I have known her for 15 years? Most unprofessional service I have ever encountered.
