The food was good but the driver complained about trying to find my house, there was no way for me to leave him a tip after I initially order (I always tip based on delivery time) and they forgot all of the extras I ordered. (Sweet and sour, chopsticks, soy sauce)

I ordered food from them through GrubHub. A minute before their stated delivery time, GrubHub called me to let me know that the restaurant would like to cancel my order because I’m not in the delivery area. Apparently, Go Teriyaki failed to update their delivery zip codes in the system and instead of honoring the order since they made a mistake, they ended up asking GrubHub to cancel (only after GrubHub called them to confirm another order). Extremely unprofessional! I would avoid doing any business with this restaurant at all cost.

Not impressed. We had delivery to work. Eat 24 said $ 25 minimum. Called directly — no you can only order from our app, coworker had to download app to phone. $ 30 minimum. What? Delivery time was quick. Teriyaki Beef for lunch was not worth the price — 12.49. One itty bitty leetle container of sauce for a LOT of RICE and skimpy on the beef. And salad. Absolutely nothing special about it for that price. Have a lunch menu, people… and add something tremendous for that price.
