Fancy Plants Gardens specializes in residential landscape construction and renovation. We can help you renovate an existing yard by adding walkways, patios, ornamental gardens and landscape lighting or we can start fresh removing a tired overgrown landscape and creating a space that’s entirely yours.

History

Established in 2001.

Fancy Plants Gardens is owned and operated by James Sprague, Certified Professional Horticulturist. James has been working in the horticulture industry since 1992.

Fancy Plants Gardens built a gold medal winning garden in the 2010 and 2011 Northwest Flower and Garden Show and received recognition for the Best Use of Architectural Elements in their display garden at the 2010 Sorticulture festival.

James became a Washington Certified Nurseryman (WCN) through Washington State Nursery and Landscapers Association (WSNLA) at the age of 18 and attained Lifetime WCN status in 2003. James is currently a Certified Professional Horticulturist through WSNLA and is a member of Washington Association of Landscape Professionals (WALP).
