Had massage today at this spa; I’m actually still in my car kind of confused and dumbfounded. I would have given them 5 stars… but when I asked for a B)$ 29 massage (body and foot massage for 1 hour) it was wonderful… the woman was strong and attentive to what I needed. But when I paid… I gave them $ 40 and they refused to give me my change. Even when I asked for it back… I even tried to compromise and ask if I could have $ 5 back? Why am I having to barter over money that’s mine? I would have been happy to tip… I actually told her I could tip next time because I really needed that cash back… I’m a fulltime student without insurance and I’ve been saving just so I can get a massage (inflammation from liver and diabetic neuropathy. I was going to use my remaining cash to eat… I feel robbed. I told them I would come back weekly when she finished my massage… and I was planning on tipping them next week when I’m a little more financially stable. But I’m not coming back here… they stole my money essentially. She definitely deserved a tip… but that’s complete BS that they decide how much you tip them… and refuse to give you your change. Wtf don’t come here unless you have exact change.

Great service, good price! Really happy they are open late on weeknights. I got a deep tissue massage and was not disappointed.

Amazing massage will be back, I went in and could not even stand up or hold my neck up straight when I arrived. The most immense pressure it was wonderful! My only complaint is that the person at the front desk spoke no English and you had to chose from a menu. With that said I would have paid $ 100 for the $ 26 treatment I received. I would definitely start drinking water the day before you go and know you will probably be sore the next day. Well worth the price!

Took my mother-​in-​law here last night and it was fabulous! A lady started to do my massage and a gentleman was doing my 73 y/​o mother-in-law’s massage. He kept telling her relax, relax. We would snicker as she was saying I’m trying. Then I think he thought she was uncomfortable with a male person doing a massage so they switched. It turned out he was right and she was relaxed very quickly, she even started to fall asleep! Wonderful experience excellent foot massage with all the trimmings and excellent customer service! Will definitely be back!

I’m kind of conflicted on my review. It is an unassuming place much like foot spas everywhere with good prices on foot and back massages. They had a menu on the front counter and because money is tight I chose the $ 29 dollar back and foot (20min/​30min). With my new job, I am on my feet a lot and I have been feeling the pain in my calves and lower back, so this was really needed. The service was great although I was a little confused when she asked me to remove my shirt when she put me on the massage table in a closed room. I’ve been to many places like this but was never asked to remove my clothes. Once I was ensconced on the table under a towel and she started to massage my back, my worries faded away. The pressure was great, no complaints there as I like a lot of pressure. After she was done, I was moved to a bench bed out front for the foot portion. It was not as nice as the back but I enjoyed it nonetheless. I never want to sleep during a massage because I don’t want to miss it, but by the end I was having a hard time keeping sleep at bay. The gentleman over from me had no such problems and his snores were a constant companion. The reason I’m conflicted is because when I went to pay she ran my card for the proper amount but then said that she had undercharged me. That I had asked for the $ 40 message and wanted to charge me more. I wasn’t going to argue with her at the desk so I paid, and because she had done that it meant that I was unable to tip as much as I was planning to. I will probably try the place again but just make sure you clarify before you go in what you want and how much you expect to pay. That was the only problem because this place does a really nice job and it is clean and the staff pleasant and professional.

I’m so happy with this place! I feel amazing. I support them all the way. I did the back and foot massage which was a great deal. It was my first massage and I was a little nervous but now I just want to go back again and again. The masseuse was perfect. Uninterrupted quiet peace the whole time and left feeling so relaxed

I used to love this place but unfortunately I’ll NEVER go back again after the terrible way I was treated today. I went today to redeem my supposedly free 30 minute massage (after filling up a stamped card with 10 or 12 1-​hour massages over the last 6 months). The card specifically says «free 30 minute massage.» I handed the card over when I arrived, was asked if I wanted an hour, to which I clearly replied «No, I don’t have time today.» The lady at the desk, who spoke poor English, pointed to a 30 minute massage on the menu for the neck back and shoulders, which was different from what I was used to at a FOOT SPA so I asked «no feet?» in my simplified English. She shook her head so I said «ok,» since neck and shoulders massage was fine with me. When I got to the massage table, the therapist proceeded to do the usual foot massage (with a small amount of neck and back work like I was used to) so I figured she understood my request. When the massage ended, I noticed the session had been about 45 minutes long instead of 30, so I was confused. I realized I was going to be 15 minutes late to pick my kids up at school so I handed the therapist a $ 20 bill as a tip (I had planned to tip $ 10 but wanted to compensate for the extra time.) I was shocked when the lady who had greeted me (apparently an owner?) jumped in and starting freaking out and yelling loudly in Chinese because apparently I was given an hour treatment and needed to pay more. She couldn’t say any of this but rather had to run out of the business and get another therapist (from the restaurant next door?) who could at least speak some English. He happened to be the therapist (Rae) who had given me most of the great massages I had received there. I explained I had to go, that I was already very late picking up my kids, to just charge me what the difference was, even though I’d only ordered 30 minutes, AND only received 50 minutes TOPS. I gave the therapist a tip, which he tried to refuse graciously, and left, stating I would NEVER return again. I have never experienced anything like this in my 30 years of receiving and 20 years of giving massages (I am an LMP myself.) This was completely unprofessional and obviously completely ruined any benefit I received from the treatment. I did express thanks to Rae for all the great massages. I wish him and the other therapists all the best.

I had terrible foot pain and was recommended to go here be a co-​worker. With my first visit, I was surprised to find that they offer full body message to go with a foot message. If you are like me and suffer from extreme pain on a random basis, and need someone to dig into your issue right away, this IS THE place to go. No appointments required. Ever time I have needed pain relief NOW, they have been there for me, and open late every night until at least 10pm. Use them, they are GREAT!!!

Best foot massage in the Bothell area. Will visit again if I don’t feel driving to Kirkland.

It’s not fair for me too review this place since I didn’t go in but I did drive out of my way because it was listed as a nail salon on Unilocal.It is a not a place to get a mani/​pedi, however, it is a foot massage/​reflexology place. Just FYI.

Very good value foot/​body massage place. Prices start at $ 25 for 30 minute massage, $ 29 for 30 min massage and 30 min foot massage. Leave your clothes on, take your shoes and socks off.
They have very comfortable beds to recline on, feet are soaked in a basin first.
I went here twice, had a different person each time, it was good both times.
They do take credit cards, but charge $ 1, so the do prefer cash.

Love this place! We opted for the one hour $ 29 foot and body massage… it was heavenly. No appointments required. Just walk in anytime between 10 am to 10 pm and walk out all relaxed. The staff was very friendly. Overall, I had a very good experience.

I love this place! Whenever I feel stressed or my feet hurt I go here. Their foot massage includes head to toe massage. They ask how much pressure to use. It’s relaxing, professional and just overall heaven!

The is a great place with caring staff and amazing at 29 dollar hour massage. This isn’t your typical American massage where you should plan on telling them what you want to focus on. Instead prepare to relax while they apply a special deep massage technique from temples to toes.
Bring cash as it’s $ 1 more for credit.

When the moment I stepped in there the lady kept pointing me to the $ 50 full body massage, I was trying to tell her I want the top of my shoulders done along with my feet. Because she did not speak English, she ended up escorting me to the back room, where I felt not only violated but beaten up. I kept trying to tell her that hurts, softer, again not understanding what I was trying to tell her, This ended up being the worst uncomfortable hour I ever had and couldn’t wait for it to stop. During this so called massage she got up onto the table, straddled my back, literally sat on my butt and proceeded to pound on my back. I was so bruised when I left. It has been 7 days since that massage and I still have this dull headache I cannot shake. They are not licensed massage therapist and I have the mind to sue for the service rendered.
Finally the massage was over went up to the front desk, I gave her the $ 50 dollars cash and she said NO TIP, NO TIP. I said No, Tips are deserved and not to be expected, she started yelling at me saying NO, NO, NO. So she does speak some English? But wasn’t able to understand why it was not deserved. I walked out and will never step back in there again. I still have a mind to shut that type of service down through small; claims court because although they are allowed to massage your feet without a license they are not allowed by the state of Washington to do full body massage.
I should have gone to massage envy and got a professional massage for $ 39
I forgot to mention, I never did get a foot massage as I requested.

I thought it was a misprint when I got the bill, it was $ 28 for an hour foot massage and back, head, neck, absolutely incredible… I went it just for a foot massage/reflexology…as my feet were killing me from the last couple weeks.
I got sooo much more than that… You are fully clothed, so don’t wear a suit or anything super nice… they totally work you over. My feet have never felt better and it’s so much less expensive than going to physical therapy. I live in the Bothell area and always wanted to go in but never did… I’m glad that I did. Awesome place, will be back a million times over!

Wear loose clothing. Bring a brush for your hair. :-)
So… I used to work practically down the street from this place and it has been tempting me for a long, long time. I finally stopped in today and I’m so glad I did. I see a new addiction forming…
Fan was my masseuse (I hope I got his name right). He really went above and beyond. Totally sweet gentleman and he got his own workout working on me.
I went for the Happy Hour Foot Reflexology Massage. It’s way more than a foot massage, though. It’s really a full body massage (you’re clothed for the whole experience, aside from socks and shoes). It’s an hour long and only $ 28! What a screaming deal. I love this place and I see I will be back often. Not sure why there were no Unilocal reviews before mine. This place has been here at least a couple of years.
