My family and I are moving to the Seattle area from the North East for a job move and Dan was recommended to us by my new boss. He listened thoroughly to where we wanted to live (good school district), type of house, budget etc. He helped us find a beautiful house in Issaquah, but Dan’s real skills came after the Title/​Escrow company made a snafu with electronic funds wiring instructions and closing money went missing. He kept the deal alive by talking with the sellers agent, Title/​Escrow company and just kept everything moving in a very competitive market. Buying a house is very stressful, especially with the financial regulations that require proof and records for every penny used in buying house, but I cannot recommend Dan highly enough. I have to admit. I was a little scared of the house-​buying experience in Seattle– we have all heard the stories of multiple offers, getting out-​bid on house after house, houses selling in days instead of weeks. Luckily, we had several friends who had had great experiences buying and selling houses through Dan and they all referred him to us.
We have now been in our new house for over 9 months and I am so grateful for the advice and experience that Dan shared with us through the whole house buying experience. Thanks to Dan, we now have our dream home in Ballard.
When I say he is efficient I mean we first saw our house on a Thursday, talked to Dan about making an offer on Friday and he was able to find an outstanding home inspector that actually did the walk-​thru during the open house that weekend so we could confidently put in our bid when it was due that Monday.
