We specialize in handcrafted gourmet chocolates and confections. Special orders are never a problem, we love the challenge of creating just the right thing for you. We make our own caramels, fudges, chocolate nut clusters, candy bars, truffles, molded items, and so much more. Everything is made by hand with tremendous care and attention to detail.
Whether you need a special chocolate for a wedding or important event, a client appreciation gift, or something for your sweetie, we are your local resource for quality candy! If we cannot fulfill your need, we should be able to tell you who can help you in our area.
History
Established in 2004.
Sarina is the 4th generation candy maker in her family. Making Christmas candy was a tradition which brought all generations of the women together in the kitchen for weeks before Christmas to create some of the family specialties. In 1996 she began studying and experimenting with couverture chocolate, tempering, and advanced candymaking. By 1998 she began teaching classes locally and taught some techniques to established cooking friend, Hidi.
Hidi and Sarina began to challenge one another to greater heights of creative candymaking. After Hidi sold some co-workers some candy in 2003 she challenged Sarina to the next level: start a chocolate business.
We now pride ourselves on our creative and unusual chocolate products. We try to maintain our roots of traditional homemade taste while improving on some old favorites. We now offer a wide selection of handmade retail and wholesale products.

Candymaking is a passion of mine since early childhood when I stood beside my grandmother to grate chocolate perfectly for our family almond toffee recipe. I have worked for many years to improve some of those old recipes I learned from my mom, grandmother, and great-grandmother. I now use only couverture chocolate, even though it is more temperamental and labor intensive than coating, the quality shines through in the finished product.
I love to experiment in the kitchen, trying new recipes, tweaking old ones, and creating old favorites with a new twist. My favorite orders from customers require me to think creatively about an event or packaging to make the perfect candy to suit their needs.
Starting with fresh, whole ingredients makes our products stand out from mass-produced candy.
