Cellular Sales, Verizon Wireless Authorized Retailer

First of all, I am much more likely to write a positive review than a negative one, so they earned this. I have now had every major phone carrier out there, and Verizon is by far the worst. Since this is the only location I have been to, I sincerely hope that the rest of the company is worth anyone’s business, as this store certainly isn’t. An overview: 3+ hours spent switching, during which we encountered a salesman who was utterly clueless, and a second employee who took the time to brag about the company in a way that was so conceited I was immediately annoyed that we were signing up to give them thousands of dollars a year. Part of this pitch was explaining why they don’t give discounts in a way that suggested they are proud of this fact. We left with two iPhones (I got lucky enough to receive one that is faulty, but don’t worry, I just need to completely reset it) and a promise that if we told xfinity we had switched to Verizon, they would give us a discount on our internet and tv service. I can tell you after hours of pursuing that claim, it is not true. Interesting, considering they have xfinity brochures in the store. I filled out a post visit survey with my constructive dissatisfaction, and they called me about it, not to make it right, but to inform me that it was unacceptable feedback. No apology. Since then, we have had a nightmare of a time trying to submit our final bill from the old carrier for reimbursement. It is such a mess you will definitely stop reading this long review if you haven’t already if I explain all of it. I will say that the highlight was not being taken seriously when I went in to respectfully explain to the manager that we were having a bad experience. He pretended to be competent and concerned. However, when my husband went in to follow up because the problem solving instructions he had given me weren’t working, he was met by a team of employees ready to «solve the problem», while admitting that they were really clueless. I feel strongly that this was a case of calm down the upset woman but actually listen to the man. That’s a fun case of gender discrimination. To wrap up the experience, this team of men spent another three hours, while my husband sat there patiently, to solve the problem. Except they didn’t even address the actual problem, they just did what I, the woman, already knew how to do. So, after 9+ hours invested in this mess, it’s still not resolved. Congratulations on some of the worst customer service I have ever received. If someone from the store wants to contact me, it needs to be the actual person in charge, because the «manager» I spoke to couldn’t have actually been the boss, since he was going to have to check with his boss before he could actually do anything. If you’re looking for a phone company you can feel good supporting as a business, keep looking. This isn’t it.

This store is Great. They are professional, friendly. Great at explaining things. I had an overall good experience.

I have been to this location twice and it fits our needs. Now is it the best experience buying a phone or doing anything with my phone? No but it does get the job done when we need an upgrade or to fix something.
The first time we went to upgrade my phone. We got there 30 minutes before closing and asked if it was still okay to do it. The guy said yes but didn’t seem happy and by the end he made it clear he didn’t want it to take this long. It’s kinda awkward when the person you’re buying something from starts to complain.
The second time we went to put my husband on my plan. The sales guy was decent — I don’t remember his name. The one thing that I really didn’t like is that we were told even with the promotional package we were given that we would be able to apply my employer discount which is 22% a month. I asked him multiple times even with our package we would get it he said «yes, bring in your paystub and we will apply it». Sweet, save an extra 30 dollars a month by showing my paystub? I’m in. WRONG. After two months of not receiving it I called corporate and they said we couldn’t do that and were misinformed. Not okay. It feels like we were told something just to make sure we would stay with Verizon because it was really either switch him to mine or switch me to AT&T — who would combine promos and employer discount. Now is the 30 a month going to make me not be with Verizon? No but I just don’t like being deceived by the store people when they know it’s not good on the corporate end.

Great store and experience upgrading today today with Brian Davis. I have been very happy with Verizon’s wireless service and after shopping around a bit, found they had the best overall package. Thanks Brian!

Go see Chris and Larry, they were so amazing and helpful, and made what was a bad situation so much better! We got into the store about an hour before close, with a couple different problems that needed to be solved, we needed to reevaluate a plan, add a smart phone and figure out a way to replace a phone that we had just gotten 2 months prior that had been stolen, Chris and Larry listened to all of our concerns and had genuine empathy for how upset my mother in law was about losing her phone and all of her pictures especially. They re worked the plan to where adding the smartphone, getting a new phone and adding more data now is less than what was being paid before. Larry and Chris stayed late to help finish up helping us and I am so grateful for them for making a crappy situation better, and turning the day around for my mother in law. From now on for all of my cellphone needs/​problems I will be contacting Chris or Larry. Thank you guys for the amazing customer service!

I have been in and out of this store about 5 times this week for various reasons (mainly due to complications from my former cell provider.) I worked with a couple different people, but the one who stood out to me the most was Ana. She really seemed to genuinely care about working with me, and she literally spent hours helping me figure out how to fix my problems and take care of my situation. In the end I wound up switching carriers and buying an iPhone 6 from her. My fiancé did the same and we have no complaints so far. Thanks again for the great service!

My experience with Larry Wong at this store started with a phone call to discuss some upcoming upgrades I had for my family. I explained to Larry my needs and my request for some incentive to stay. He said he would look into it and get back to me. Well, he did call me back and he explained all my options and then we arranged for a late meeting at the store to get our new upgrade phones for my family. We arrived about an hour before closing at 9pm. Larry was very professional, patient, and just worked to get us all set up and done that night after 9pm came and went. It took a while, but Larry had a great attitude, he left me feeling good about my purchases and my package. I would strongly recommend that if you are in the area and you want to work with someone that is motivated to help you out and get you the best deal and set you up, then Larry is the man to call. Tell him that Soloman sent you to him!
Post purchase, Larry texted me to just see how everything went and just following up on our new phones and lines. That’s some exceptional customer service that I appreciate. Thanks Larry!

I realize that this place is fairly new and quiet. I bought the iPhone 6 from them when it first came out. That’s when I knew people were not aware of this store. Barely anyone lined up for the release. I was very satisfied with my visit. A female representative that works there (forgot her name) was really friendly and gave me some good advice about where to sell my old phone, which phone insurance plan to buy, etc. I was off with my new iPhone after staying there for about 20 minutes. Since the next closest Verizon store is in Woodinville, my hope is that they don’t go out of business! I recommend you go through this store to buy your next phone! Plus, they offer some better deals than other branches.

Know what you have and what your looking for before giving these guys any business. They will try to take advantage of you. Go to a corporate verizon store. There is a good one by Everett mall.
I went into this verizon because it was close to me. I needed to upgrade my phone. The guy was quick to greet me and took me to his desk. We started with account info and when I said I shared a plan with my sister he tried to sell me my own plan. Not what I came in for… They had the phone I wanted in stock so I asked them how much trade in was on my iPhone 4s as my sister just traded her iPhone 4 in for $ 100. He told me they could offer $ 82 for my phone and needed all kinds of info. I got it all for him and he looked a little more in his computer and said oh I can get you $ 200 but they send you a gift card and you have to pay for the new phone today. Seemed like he didn’t care and only offered what was fair when I knew the difference. I left there and headed to the verizon by Everett mall. I was told they were a corporate store and had better service. It was night and day they took care of me quick and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t want pulled up my account and asked for my id and I was done with the full $ 200 credit and out of the store in 20 mins.

Peeked in to try to get our tablets on our existing data plans. I’ve a Kindle HDX and Suzy an iPad. Both were on AT&T. Also looked for a shock-​proof case for my WinFone which at one year old is already an antique. Staff was accommodating, knowledgeable, and pleasant. Our in and out time was about 15 minutes. I am so glad to have this store close to our house.

Great new store, fast and friendly service. I’m not writing a long review because I’m posting from my phone, but this is the best local Verizon store I’ve been to.

I decided to go to this store because I work nearby and have never heard of this particular retailer. I walked in one afternoon and there were a few employees talking to customers. The store layout is like you’re buying a car. Desks with chairs everywhere, nice and different from other Verizon retailers. Took them about 30 seconds to walk up and greet me. I asked if they have the Blackberry Q10 in stock. It had came out the previous day so I highly doubted it. The guy says «the Z10?» I firmly say «No, the Q10,» (with emphasis on the Q). He invites me to his back desk to have a seat.
Goes into the back because there aren’t a whole lot of live devices and comes back with a box. Proceeds to open it and set it up then asks me if I already have a Blackberry. I say no. My coworker calls and I answer the phone as he hands me the Blackberry. It’s a Z10, not the Q10. I look at him and say I don’t want this, I asked for the Q10. He casually walks to the back and comes out then shakes his head no.
Did you think I wasn’t going to notice what phone it was? I corrected you once before. Seems shady. Nuff said.
