I love this place! It is a family go-to for Friday or Saturday nights. The service is quick, friendly, and you see the same faces, knowing that the employees are really good at their job! I’m pretty sure a few of the ladies recognize my family and the car. ;) They used to have a cat named Pickles that would hang out but she was adopted — YAY! Anyway, the food is super yummy, especially that«secret» burger sauce. If I want to splurge and suffer from my allergies, I will come here and eat their full Combo 2. I always get the Mini bacon burger removing the bacon and cheese — Kiddie burger I guess now — but I keep the regular fry and Medium Sprite with lemon slices. Yummy! The food is out and hot/fresh within like ten minutes or so and put right on your car window. Be oh so careful about pressing buttons because one bad touch and that food drops down — bye, bye dinner. This happened once with only half the order for my family. Haha! I really love their fries the best! Soft, not too salty, skinny kind of like Dicks Burgers or McD’s, and packed full in that fun to-go container. I also LOVE their tartar sauce, num num. I totally recommend this location, especially due to all the wonderful, fast, smiling faces of the employees. It does not have indoor dining, just strictly car-hop style. It does have an indoor bathroom though. Thank you Burger Master of Bothell for years upon years of friendly service, delicious food, and a car-hop style experience! Any chance those employees can ride on skates? ;)

I have been here a few times and every time the food has been good! The beef taste real, the veggies fresh, and the fries are just how I like them, not too crispy. The service isnt particularly fast, but not annoyingly slow, so that’s good. I definitely need to eat there sometime though. If the burgers are that good after a 10 min car ride, I assume they should be much better fresh.

Love the burgers and sandwiches here. Local grass fed beef and Alaskan cod make for some of the tastiest burgers and fish sandwiches around. They also make a great crab melt and BLT. Round it off with a handmade chocolate shake and fries and you’re good to go. And the kids always love getting served by the friendly speedy car side waitstaff.

The hamburger comes from grass fed cows and is free of hormones and all the icky stuff… and you can definitely tell the difference. After eating their burgers you don’t feel groggy and tired like you do with other chain restaurants. Their staff is always friendly and nice, they are quick about service and always on top of things. And their milkshakes… you have to order one to see what all the hype is about! Plus they have awesome flavors like pineapple!

I went to Burgermaster in Bothell as I have been to the one in Kirkland as it’s always been good. I don’t normally rate a burger joint high but I give Burgermaster in Bothell two thumbs up. It was a little bit of a rocky start because someone made a mistake on my order. However the more mature gentleman working the place fixed the lady’s mistake and he made it happen fast and without question. I had a new burger quickly. The meal was excellent. Great fries and my new burger was perfectly cooked with the exact toppings I ordered. People always make mistakes in all businesses as no one is perfect and I certainly would never want a robot serving me food. The recovery and tact that you do with great customer service is how you keep customers. They did their part. My experience from Burgermaster in Bothell ended on a happy and full belly. By the way this place slays Dairy Queen the fast food chain. I can’t believe someone would even compare a local BurgerMasta vs a massive McDonalds like chain. Must be from out of town.

The food is great and the location is really convenient for both dining«in» and takeout. Good burgers, onion rings, and milkshakes! It’s usually a little busy so service isn’t the fastest, but always friendly.

This is one of the few places left that let you order and eat in your car. There’s always a crowd and the servers are quick. I would think they might want to get roller blades or skates to move even faster if necessary. The fries are great and always hot and come in a cup that keeps them. hot and together. I usually get one of the Burgermaster combo meals with the drink and fries. Their shakes are really thick and they have a lot of flavors. The kid meals are smaller sized and the kids can sign up for the birthday club that gives them a free meal on their birthday month. A bit pricey for fast food but very convenient.

This is great — for what it is. Cheap, greasy burgers. They do have a vegetarian burger — yay! I’ve always been happy with the food and find that service is quick. The peanut butter shake is divine :)

I think Burgermaster is one of those places that you have to grow up on to love. Like how I grew up in a town which only had one burger place: a Dairy Queen. So maybe my perspective is somewhat skewed toward Dairy Queen, wouldn’t you think? Burgermaster, in my opinion, fails tremendously in the burger arena… and it’s the namesake! I understand and really appreciate the quality of the beef Burgermaster is sourcing, but that makes me even more insulted when my burger comes out flavorless and dry. Why go through all that trouble to get high quality beef just to treat it poorly? The fries are fine, but I won’t go just for those. I feel the same about the milkshake. Nothing to write home about. The drive-thru concept is great, and service is great too, but I just wish the food was better! My burger calories are better spent elsewhere.

So the place is cute. The servers are cute. The beef they serve is a higher quality than you get elsewhere. No hormones or antibiotics, apparently farmed locally. They have options for the GF, the pescatarian and vegetarian. That is the good news. The bad news is that the place costs as much as Red Robin maybe. On our second visit, service was pretty slow again. The food was just okay and none of us like their French fries. You have to pay for extra ketchup and tartar as though you were at Dicks — but you are already paying twice the price. Their shakes are about mediocre. I’m going to skip this place going forward.

Very quick and friendly service. The employees are there the second you turn on those lights! Food is just average in my opinion. The meat patties could be a little thicker, since they pride themselves on their beef being locally grown, antibiotic-free, hormone-free, and grass fed. I’m pretty much thinking about a super cow on my buns and we get a small patty. However, because the patty is thin, it cooks through evenly and perfectly every time. On the other hand, if you are a peanut butter fan, or a fan of any shakes for that matter, make well sure you get one, but bring a spoon or ask for one, since a straw does not do the shake justice!

Always great food, service, and ambiance especially on these hot summer days where you want to be outside and eat! They have picnic tables outside with beautiful flowers all around. My family and I go here often and always ask for the waitress Tayln to be our server. This personable and efficient little blonde always gets to us right away to ask us for our order. She walks all the way to the picnic tables about three times throughout our meal to see if we need anything else. The burgers are antibiotic and hormone free which is a healthier choice. Although the prices are still a bit high in my opinion for a burger, fry, and shake. We always keep coming back though!

Saturday lunch: Gotta love old style drive ins. It was a while before we were served. Cheerful service and a free doggie treat made up for it. Hormone antibiotic free beef is a plus. The mushroom burger pattie needed a little salt. We didn’t get any ketchup to start and we were charged 20c for extra ketchup(as stated on the menu). Liked the toasted bun and their fries were ok. Prefer steak fries. Was asked if I wanted grilled onions and of course I said! A little greasy. Strawberry shake was thick. Lots of sucking action needed. A challenge getting some of the strawberry jam through the straw. Ask for a spoon(unless they charge)! All in all I am indifferent.

As someone from the south, I can’t say I’ve ever seen mayonnaise and bbq(pulled pork) together, but they had it on the menu at burger master. I live the drive-in aspect of this fast food place. The service was more than adequate. I got a veggie burger and it was okay, but it didn’t really stand out. And for $ 8 including tip, I could get a gourmet veggie burger elsewhere. I guess it’s convenient if I need something filling, quick, but I don’t think I’ll ever go out of my way to come here.

In our search to look for decent burgers near by, my bf and I finally stopped by Burgermaster, and I was actually pleasantly surprised by it. The burger itself was actually pretty good. The beef is grass-fed and hormone free, and honestly, you can taste the quality difference in the patty. We got both onion rings and fries, and while the onion rings were nice and crunchy, the fries were just bland… even ketchup couldn’t lift the spirit of those fries. Service was quick and friendly! The second you turned your headlights on, someone would immediately come to assist. The only downside is the price; for 2 meals(2 burgers, fries, onion rings, soda and shake), it cost us right above 30 bucks before tip. For that cost, I could go to a nice sit down burger joint, get a fancy burger meal, and full service. Overall, decent burger place. I wouldn’t go around telling people to rush over and eat here, but I definitely wouldn’t knock it.

I’m not a fast food person. I don’t eat a lot of low quality food. Everyone was raving about this place and the reviews were good so I checked it out. OMG!!! do people know what good food is anymore? I mean there is a TON of burger options which I might add almost everyone of them is better than this place. Blazin, Five Guys, Red Robin. Just to name a few that are WAY better and better in quality. I thought I’d give them another chance so I went back to get something different so I tried the Fish & Chips and it was even worse than my first visit. Come on people this is not rocket science. There is much better food out there and even fast if you need it. The food is way below sub-par. I won’t even eat at Sonic but they are even better than this place which is saying a lot. I’m really surprised there are more Sonic’s around Seattle. At least Sonic as great shakes and drinks. This place couldn’t even get my shake right. I ordered a chocolate shake and you could tell they had just poured a ton of heresy suryp in a vanilla and barely mixed it. One of the worst shakes I’ve ever had. Anyways, hate to give any place 1 star but have to send up a flare because all the reviews on here have to be fake or extremely mis-guided. I would beg anyone that would give this place more than 2 starts to please please go try other places and you will be amazed at how good even an average burger can taste :) For the best fish and chips, so far that I’ve found is in Mill Creek at Tapas. Hope this helps Also Note: Most of the reviews that have 4 – 5 stars are from people that rarely are on Unilocal, many have less than 10 reviews total. Just found that interesting as I was trying to make sense of the star rating on here. Very mis-leading.
