Dr. Chaison and his staff are top notch. I had been told several years ago by my dentist that he thought I was a good candidate for Invisalign. Well, after years of mulling it over and seeing how to fit it in my budget, I took the plunge and went to Dr. Chaison on my dentist’s recommendation. The way he and his staff handled my consultation was professional and transparent.
BUT — the reason for my five star review is that after getting fitted and getting my first set of Invisalign trays, after only five days I started getting tremendous headaches and jaw pain. Turns out that I’m in a very small minority of people who don’t tolerate Invisalign well. Dr. Chaison and his staff worked with me to try to correct the problems, and when that didn’t work, quickly refunded my deposit and even wrote a letter to my company’s benefits department so I could get my FSA deductions changed for next year. What could have been (and honestly what I expected to be) an uncomfortable situation was handled wonderfully.
I will definitely be a return customer when my kids need braces in a few years and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bothell Orthodontics to anyone who asks.

When people talk about orthodontics, they normally speak of their children’s experiences, which isn’t always applicable for an adult patient. So when I decided to finally have some orthodontics work for myself in order to fix my overbite and crooked bottom teeth, I didn’t really know where to go. My daughter has had orthodontic work done before, but I felt her orthodontist’s office was a little too ‘kid-​ish’.
I was referred to Dr. Chaison and his staff by my dentist, and was pleasantly surprised at first when the office was not a glorified amusement park… sure, there are lots of kids around, but I was always treated professionally and Dr Chaison took the time to answer the questions I had and I never felt rushed.
The staff is great. I had an opportunity to work with all of his clinicians and support staff and I have to say I was completely comfortable every visit. Rebecca was always helpful with scheduling and Jennifer is the best insurance coordinator I’ve ever had the experience to work with. She impressed me by making me feel like she was working for me and always trying to make sure my insurance provided what it was supposed to provide.
I would recommend Dr Chaison and his team to anyone. I had a great experience.

DDS Chaison and his staff are easily the best in the area. My 13 year old daughter has been in the need for some orthodontic work. We went to see him about a year ago. We were able to tour the facility and were given detailed information on each stage of the orthodontic process. Rather than just take her as a patient he suggested waiting until certain teeth came in. He could have just started working on her right away but this would not have been the ethical thing to do as it would have just meant more time in the chair for her. He made the decision to wait until the time was right for her.
Prior to selecting DDS Jeremy Chaison we went to 4 other orthodontists. We selected Jeremy based upon outstanding recommendations from past patients and from our tour of the facility and talking with Dr. Chaison and his staff. My daughter did not feel comfortable at a few of the other places that we went to but she was right at home here. I had braces myself back in the stone age how I wish Dr. Chaison and his treatment process were available back then. The advancements and facility at Bothell Orthodontics is truly 1^st class. My son will be going there when it is his turn as well.
Jenn and Rebecca at the front desk have always worked with us in scheduling appointments and have been very accommodating in working with our payment schedule and Flexible Spending Account. Most importantly my daughter is a happy camper and her smile is looking more beautiful every month.

Orthodontics are an important decision and not all processes /​treatments are the same. Don’t take my word for it. Go there yourself then visit a few other facilities.

If you don’t have an appointment and have an emergency. BE AWARE, if they are on lunch… they will make you wait until they are done with their lunch. Ask if they are on lunch before heading to the office. They make you rush to the office just to make you wait until they are done with their lunch. A minute appointment turned into an hour wait. What kind of service is that? The worse. I have been a loyal customers for 10+ years and refer many friends and family and this is how they treat clients. I will not be referring any new clients to the office. I am extremely disappointed!!!

The best. Glad we found Bothell Orthodontics. Great Orthodontist, friendly staff, very understanding with scheduling — and rescheduling in our case. They’re very helpful with insurance billing and their end is friendly and effective! The results are great so far. My son got his Mora installed and is really looking forward to it coming out ASAP! But his teeth were straight in no time and the Mora was not delayed, as it was at Willamette Dental. Pay the extra and go here, well worth it.
Willamette Dental and their orthodontia program absolutely didn’t work for us. Fey & Gray was a bit expensive.
Third try was a charm.

Fabulous! These guys are fantastic. We always feel so welcome and comfortable coming here. They have coffee and magazines while waiting (which is never very long!) and Dr. Jeremy Chaison always makes time to answer any questions we may have. Our 13 year old daughter just finished up her braces treatment and from beginning (consult, molds, payment plan, etc) to end (braces removal and retainer) we couldn’t have asked for more. Everything was explained thoroughly and there weren’t any unexpected fees or additional appointments so we knew exactly what to expect. Her teeth are straight and look natural and they took extra time with her during the removal (she was a little nervous but it went great), assuring her and being sensitive to her feelings the whole time. I can’t say enough good things about this place. We looked around for quite a while before deciding on Bothell Orthodontics. As a matter of fact, it was such a positive experience our youngest daughter actually looked forward for her «turn» to get braces! She’s just starting her treatment plan and had her spacers put in place last week. She felt very comfortable and wasn’t nervous at all. I’d give it 10 stars if Unilocal would let me!
