After reading my review, the owner decided to treat me to a free dinner with drastically better quality of food and service. I love being proved wrong and I appreciate the owner taking the time to correct my experience with a very generous one. Wonderful teriyaki, much better then the last time I had it there. I will be returning in the future for more! Thank you again best teriyaki

Just moved from Bothell, looking for a convient and close place to my home. They were the sweetest people and made me feel so welcome. They even give punch cards. Which I love a discount!

This place is awesome! My wife and I went here last night, we had the dinner for 2! It came out quickly and it was also super good! We needed a new teriyaki spot and I believe this will be the one!

There are a lot of teriyaki options in the neighborhood. I wouldn’t go here again. Smaller portion than other places which wouldn’t bother me if it was really good food. The chicken was dry and chewy. The sauce was too salty for my taste. But like anything it all depends on your taste. The restaurant was clean and the staff was kind. But I don’t rate on those things…

My family and I ate here tonight and the food was exceptionally good. We have kids so we ordered their favorite Asian dishes — chicken fried rice, veggie yakisoba, and sweet and sour chicken. They were all equally delicious. My husband ordered the chicken katsu and he really liked that, as well. The staff was so friendly and and the restaurant was very clean. We will definitely be going back!

A hidden gem, well patronized by locals who know. Owner Marvin recognizes you when you come in or call on the phone. But the Best is in the attention paid to the quality of the food. Fresh, high quality ingredients. Spicy teriyaki chicken with a side of gyoza is my standby and it is always excellent. But small details also make the difference. The accompanying salad is fresh hand cut, and not the cheap bag-O-salad that many places give you. Rice is always perfectly cooked, not sticky or soggy. And staff is always very friendly. But the sad news is Marvin is moving on and sold the business to new owners recently who hope to carry on the tradition. He has stayed around to train the new staff on how to maintain the same level of quality. But will be taking a long deserved vacation after feeding his loyal customers for 8 years. Here’s hoping that Best will maintain the gold standard that we have been spoiled with. Cheers.

Love their lunch specials, noodles, and favorite short ribs. A little hidden place in Bothell/Kirkland border. Off exit 22(NE160th St.) Thank you for donating 150 pot stickers for the Congregation for the homeless in Bellevue. They loved them.

This is one of my favorite teriyaki places to go to. Of all the tofu teriyaki I’ve tried around Seattle and in Vancouver, BC, no where has come close to what Marvin, the store owner, offers in portion, price, and my taste palette. The tofu is medium firm, lightly fried, and covered in teriyaki sauce. Some might find the teriyaki sauce for this dish a bit viscous and bit salty, but I personally like it. Best eaten fresh, otherwise the fried tofu will get a bit soggy. I also used to get the spicy chicken and chicken katsu often, which are pretty good as well.

Very good teriyaki. Eggrolls are excellent. Favorite is the spicy chicken, but like it all.

I live less than a block away from here and we have come here a few times when we don’t feel like cooking. The food has not disappointed! Definitely good Chinese/Japanese fusion. It’s not gourmet or anything, but great for some good, cheap takeout when you want to be a vegetable and eat and watch Netflix.

It’s rare you find a place with the word«best» in their name and have it end up being fact. Best Teriyaki is in a random strip mall, in between what looks like an abandoned building, a gas station and a liquor store. The area looks pretty questionable but Best is a gem in disguise. I ordered the dinner for two, letter B. Mongolian beef and General Tso’s chicken. This is more than enough for two people but my wife and I gave it our best shot to finish it. Everything was very tasty so it was hard to stop. We eventually did and we kept remarking how good it was. I think the chicken could have been cooked a bit longer to get more crispy, but it still tasted delicious. And the mongolian beef had a kick to it. Didn’t expect that. Only thing I didn’t like were the egg rolls. They’re a little too big and the sauce they give you to dip it in is out of a packet. The stuff is kind of gross. It has yellow #5, red #40 and high fructose corn syrup. I just don’t want to eat that crap anymore. Wish they made their own. Other than that, we will continue coming here. Nice family owned spot. They’re nice, you can tell they’re hustling to get your food quickly and the place can get pretty busy. All good indications of a healthy business. While it might not be the best ever, it’s the best I’ve had so far.

Truly live out their name! They are the best for miles and reasonably priced. They have fantastic specials. Only $ 6.99 for teriyaki chicken, 2 scoops of rice, 3 – 4 gyoza, and a salad! Plus the staff is very kind and the most I have waited for my food is 10 min. Very popular among my friends and coworkers. Go here please! Worth it!

I wouldn’t say it’s the best teriyaki, but it was a decent meal. Ordered chicken teriyaki and husband got the beef short ribs. There wasn’t really a lot of meat on the ribs. I ordered just plain noodles for my kids and they charged us the same price for plain noodles as they do for noodles with chicken or vegetables. Also the noodles resembled the thin spaghetti noodles whereas I was expecting yakisoba noodles. The noodles didn’t taste that great. However, the staff was really friendly and smiley and the food was brought to our table rather quickly. I probably wouldn’t go there again but didn’t mind trying it out.

OK! This food was amazing! The service was fantastic! You would never expect this quality of food for such a small place, but WOW this was really great!

With the caveat that this really was not what I wanted to eat for dinner, this was a decent meal. The food came out in a reasonable time. I had the teriyaki salmon, which was a nice piece of fish, although I found the teriyaki overly thick and sweet. Two nice scoops of sticky rice, a salad of iceberg lettuce and some shredded carrots with WAY too much dressing, and a bed of more onions than I would ever eat, plus some cooked carrots. Hubby had chicken teriyaki and gyoza, which I didn’t taste. The kids had orange chicken, which they enjoyed, but I found a bit too sweet and soggy.

They are always fast and polite. The food is good and reasonably priced. The best part is that it’s very close to home, so convenient for those nights I just don’t feel like cooking. My favorite is the spicy chicken teriyaki.

I never walk on this side of the street but i decided i would have the bus let me off so i could stop in to brong some food home. I came here for the first time tonight This is the best beef kalbi short ribs I’ve had in a long time. Tender, marinated, grilled short ribs(not steamed with the grill marks added lol) sprinkled with sesame seeds. You didn’t need to drown the rice and meat with teriyaki sauce it was so flavorful and not salty. I don’t know what they did to the rice like did they season it with a little nakano or something but the rice even by itself was tasty too. The salad was small but I like the fact that their white dressing wasn’t super runny. I would rate this place a 4 n ¾ stars. Look forward to trying other things here.

A+!!! The woman behind the counter didn’t hear me say«gyoza and chicken combo» and only brought out the gyoza on this darling little boat-shaped dish. After waiting a little bit for the rest of my order, we figured out there was a miscommunication and she brought me my full dish with more gyoza free-of-cost. Wonderful!

Great GF Chinese and Japanese! I love that my family can go out and eat our favorite type of food! This time we tried orange chicken and sweet and sour chicken. It was not like the best Chinese food ever but it was decent. The chicken teriyaki is really good and so is the Mongolian beef, it has great flavor and lots of veg. Great service at this place! Also they have a punch card and free green tea! Check it out if nearby and your hungry for some asian cuisine!
