I rarely stop in for just a cone but I always come here to order ice cream cakes. You can always count on them to have it ready for when you requested and frozen well to get it home without it melting. Also, normally when I have placed my orders, I’ve had to ask them to make modifications to the cake designs to fit what I’m needing (i.e. color selection, shape, simple design ideas, or added decorations). They have always happily accommodated (it has to be within reason of course) and if the owner is not around, they will usually just make a quick phone call to make sure. The prices are reasonable for what you get and they can do a nice variety or combination of flavors depending on the size of cake you order. I do miss seeing the owner around and communicating directly with her but the job always gets done well. Lastly, I appreciate being able to get in and out fairly quickly which is always a plus.

Well the ice cream was there but the service wasn’t. Asked for a quart of hand packed ice cream and received a pint of ice cream in a quart container. Got the vibe I shouldn’t inconvenience the ice cream artist with any request, like can I get what I paid for please?

Just ordered a peanut butter and chocolate shake mmmmm! Yummy not much for customer service though my first shake ended up on the floor, the girl dropped it as she took it off the machine! But quickly made a new one.

After some Mongolian Grill on a hot day, something cold and sweet sounded great so we ventured across the lot. The staff was friendly and the place very well air-​conditioned of course. I didn’t see any clown cones, but they did have some to go packs and cakes ready to go. The variety seemed fairly typical, but I also noticed that they seemed to re-​stock the ice cream and had several «new» tubs opposed to leaving just scraps at the bottom of the barrels. It’s a typical Baskin-​Robbins located in the QFC shopping center; you pretty much know what you’ll get here!
