Adriatic Plumbing

I have had to pay a different plumber to redo this guy’s work twice! When I try to call him he ignores me. I texted him and he told me not to harass him. If you expect your plumbing to be done correctly and to be able to talk to your plumber about the work performed, you should look else where.

Adriatic installed the plumbing and heating system in our new home. They were picked by our contractor, who had worked with them before. All seemed to go fine during the installation process. Some of the staff seemed pretty good, others just ok. We had some items that came up towards the end that we wanted to get fixed, loose fixtures, etc. Small stuff, or so I thought. No amount of effort on my part, or the part of the contractor could get Adriatic to come back out to finish work. Over time we have also developed some larger issues with the system and despite repeated efforts to get them to come back out and look at it, even offerring to pay, they have not delivered. I’ve been trying to get them to come out for a full year, with no luck.
I would not use Adriatic again for any job where you might want them to follow up and make sure it actually worked.
