Windsor Place Condos

Windsor Place is my choice for location, convenience, amenities, and neighbors.
1. Located near Mass/​Comm Ave intersection it is 2 – 3 minutes walking to all the errands, restaurants, right next to the highway
2. Clean and well-​maintained — it’s an older building but it is kept up wonderfully by the staff
3. Great neighbors — there is a mixture of owners and renters, but all are nice and cordial, apologetic for any inconvenience
4. Amenities — vary by unit, some have in-​unit laundry, kitchens of various age; the building has elevators, a nice pool for perfect weekend stay-​cations, also a deck with an electric grill; the last general renovation seems to have happened in the 90’s so some parts of the building look a little dated, but they are clean and functional
5. Cost — varies by unit, but mostly reasonable for the location (2-​br units range $ 2500 – 3500 depending on amenities and area)
6. Parking — there is a great safe garage behind the building on Newbury St, when spots are available they average $ 300 per month; on-​street parking is risky (break-​ins occur weekly)
