Cathy is the creator of Wicked, here is a brief history on Cathy.
In 1985 she lived in Hotlanta, Georgia. It was there that she started her own catering company called Culinary Expressions which grew to 33 employees with revenues of over 2 million annually.
Cathy has also been heavily involved in catering at the national level. Since 1996 she has been an active member of Catersource, the leading source of information, education and training for caterers. As a member, Cathy has lead training classes for Catersource.
