Manager from this Walgreens is great. She was so helpful as I had a few questions about the address of the store, since the storefront and website were different(one reading 1035 Truman Parkway & one reading 1065 Truman Highway). She has been so helpful and courteous with fixing the problem, with know letting me know the address is actually 1035 Truman Parkway, and has been fixed on the website. She really cares about all of the customers who bring problems to her attention. I will bringing more & more of my business to the Hyde Park Walgreens over the Dedham & Roslindale locations(those are the closest nearby), because here customer service is more than 5-star worthy.

The Hyde Park area has long been lacking a quick, dependable, professional location that develops pictures. Not anymore. Walgreens in Hyde Park is the place to go. Thanks to Kellie and the other fine staff members I can literally take pictures from my phone, send them to Walgreens, and pick them up a couple of hours later. Very knowledgeable, and polite staff.

This store has the laziest staff I have ever seen. Even though there are 5 people working at the pharmacy, they all ignore you and have only one cashier working.(The rest of the staff are just talking). The checkout process is the same one person working and a long time. This is every time I come to this location. No one is friendly and a visit that should take under 5 minutes takes 15 – 20 minutes. Avoid this store if you can.

my boyfriend switched from 757 Gallivan Blvd, Dorchester, MA Walgreens to this one, One because the Great customer service I get expecially at the pharmacy the store pharmacist(Donna) is so nice she asked about my bf if he was doing OK because he wasn’t picking up his medicine like he always does. Glad to get A+ customer service since Gallivan doesn’t offer it.

After years of going to CVS in West Roxbury, I started doing business with this location because it is closer to my home and I am not in West Roxbury as often as I used to. This Walgreen’s is the most unorganized, understaffed, incompetent pharmacy I have ever patronized. There is always a line, never more than one of the 4 pick-up windows staffed, and seemingly always a problem, either with my order or another patron’s. Yesterday I stood in line for 20 minutes to get my scrip before giving up. I returned today and waited 5 minutes while the technician hunted for my order. Five more minutes and I’m told they did not fill it because my insurance plan declined reimbursement. Two problems with this: 1. Why the heck didn’t they call me? 2. Why didn’t they call the insurance plan? I did the latter and was told by the Harvard Pilgrim rep all Walgreen’s had to do was call a dedicated line. They would have cleared coverage. Sure, it’s a modern, spiffy Walgreen’s, but they manage to completely screw up the customer experience. I am going back to CVS. The 20-minute round-trip is worth it. Plus, they have a drive-up window which this Walgreen’s doesn’t.

Poorly run Pharmacy. There has been a noticeable decline in service and management. The previous Pharmacy staff was exceptional and has changed for the worse.

I never thought that I would have something negative to say about a Walgreens, of all things. However, an associate at this location pissed me off. I stopped in one night to get one thing– ONE. THING. I knew what I needed and planned to go in, grab it, get to the register, and then get out. The very moment that I set foot inside of the store, an associate stood before me. She stared directly at me, dropped her jaw, huffed and puffed loudly, and then cried, «.UGH. THANKFUCKINGGAWD. TENMOREMINUTES.», and proceeded to throw a tantrum while she stomped around. I turned on my heel and walked right back out. I will NEVER do business with this location, again. Little girl, I hope that you get fired.

I don’t usually do these types of things. As in review drugstores. But, this Walgreens is worth a first. This is a brand new one, with EVERYTHING, neat and tidy. Just the way I like it. It has not yet been infiltrated by the occasional trifling patron you might find in some of the Bean’s other neighborhoods. Let’s be real. I almost didn’t review this because the more people that know about this one, well… PLEASEKEEPTHISWALGREENSUP!!!
