Some of the best airport food I’ve had at Logan, an airport devoid of good dining options. One star off because service was a bit slow, but friendly. Good beer on tap as well. Best place to go in Terminal B.

A specific employee here was incredibly rude(the bartender). I asked him for a cup of water and his response was«there is a fountain over there sweet heart». I I wanted water from the fountain, I would not have asked for the cup of water.

I am a little bit disappointed. I saw the pictures of beer sampler and got excited to try it. However after I took a seat the waiter told me they don’t have any draft beer anymore. I ordered a bottle of Old Rasputin stout and poured half bottle over the table. Beer and I just don’t get along today. 4 star because the chicken finger is surprisingly good.

Bartender was on his phone entire shift. The chicken tenders I ordered were fried in old oil and too much batter and were unusually tough. Seeing the guys in the kitchen smirking as I ate them didn’t help… made me think something was wrong with them or something was in my ranch dressing. I’d come back for beer if you’re flying porter, but steer clear of the food… don’t see this place lasting long

Food was just ok. Better than the other take away options offered at Gate E. Lobster roll was nothing special, especially considering its hefty price tag $$. Don’t bother getting your kicks off here, wait until you are outside the airport to get your Lobster roll on. The caprese burger and club sandwich were nothing to write home about either, but edible nontheless. The beer selection was A-Ok, but again nothing extraordinary. Glad we had the option of this grill pre-flight, but that’s where the stars stop.

The hostess was very slow. That was consistent the whole time we were there. Several people came up and left after not being attended to.

Vineyard Grille was a surprisingly delicious meal option at Terminal E in Boston’s Logan Airport. Service gets an A±super fast; food gets a B±chicken soup actually tasted homemade?!, Club sandwich made with roast beef, bacon, and chunks of fresh mozzarella cheese, drizzled with balsamic vinegar-very taste. I would have given the food an A, but the fries were luke warm. Overall-Good food, fast service=hungry traveler-well served.

Just finished a meal at the Vineyard Grille! The hostess was rude! We had a party of 23 she was unprofessional to all of us! The food was so-so at best! My daughter is allergic to seafood and the firs were fried in the same oil as the fish! Where I sat in the restaurant I was able to see this. They were not quick to change them out after we pointed out her allergy! Lobster bisque was not very good there is an APB out for the lobster! If you have the choice and time chose somewhere else in the airport!

Do not eat here. Have a beer, but skip the food. I ordered the fried green tomatoes — soggy, white, and tasteless –and the«crab cakes» — better name would be crab flavored hush puppies. Good beer selection, but terrible food and non-chalant service. Meh.

This restaurant is marvelous, even considering it is in an airport. My first meal here was July 2014. It was delightful and I returned again in December 2014. We had the beer flights both times. Yum. In December I had the Caprese Burger without the bun. It was great. The sweet potato fries were extra… but worth it. Laura was our server for both visits and she was wonderful. Very attentive, got us out on time the first visit, and allowed us to relax on the second visit when we had extra time before our flight. Next time I’m in Boston-Logan I will return.

If you’re looking for a relaxing spot between flights, this is a good place to keep in mind. The hamburger was tasty(though slightly overpriced), the clam chowder was good, and they carry a diverse wine and beer selection. All in all, a decent place with good service, without the shoving/crowdedness/all-fried-menu of most airport restaurants.

You’re bored. You’re at the airport. You have a lot of time till your plane leaves. You want to eat. I tend to hate airport food and restaurants. The food is average, the service is awful, and the bill is atrociously high. Here, we had some good«chowdah», a New England beer flight, and a really nice calamari salad. Sure, it was still expensive, but not terribly this time. We left for our flight, for once content, and with a reminder of the nice New England trip we had just experienced.

Pretty rude for being in an International Airport and not allowing us to watch an NFL game other than the NE Patriots! Ten TV screens of the Patriots … Give me a break!!!

Fabulous restaurant to try when waiting for your departure in the E terminal :-) I wandered the whole terminal in search of some good food and good service(as well as some Starbucks). I checked each of the Unilocal reviews for the restaurants in the terminal and even sat down at one restaurant, checked out the menu for five minutes until I realized no one was going to come wait on me, and just left. I grabbed my Starbucks and went back to the other side of the terminal(near the Southwest gates) and checked out the reviews and pictures for Vineyard Grille. I was intrigued by the reviews and the pictures looked yummy so I decided to make a go of it. I was greeted and sat by a hostess instantly. Then my waitress brought me a menu and asked what I would like to drink. There were tons of yummy things on the menu(lobster roll, gumbo, burgers, sandwiches, soups, tapas) as well as an extensive drink menu. I went for the Chicken Caesar Wrap with a side of onion rings(only a $ 2 up charge from the regular side offerings). I put in my order and in what seemed like two minutes my food came out to me piping hot. Now that’s efficient service! The wrap was delicious– perfect balance of grilled chicken, romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, and a garlic herb wrap. The large portion of onion rings sliced on the thinner side with a light crunchy batter were soooo good :-) My waitress was very attentive and cleared my plate soon after I finished, offered me some dessert, and then brought me my check. I didn’t even have to wait a minute for her to run my debit card and I was out the door. Such a wonderful experience– I know I will eat at Vineyard Grille the next time I am flying through Boston :-)

Waiting for our plane, we decided to grab some food. We grabbed a couple drinks and I got the lobster roll with sweet potato fries and my husband got the fried seafood platter also with sweet potato fries. They sent out regular fries and my husband’s food was WAY over fried. However, the Lobster Roll was amazing. It was SUPER tiny, but good. I ate it in about 30 seconds it was so small. The prices are high,(super tiny lobster roll was $ 22) but if you JUST get that sandwich, it will be good. I’d steer clear of anything fried there. Will I go back on my next trip through Boston? Nah

Tried a bunch of stuff here. Fried calamari had so much lemon on it that it was inedible. I was offered replacement but the few pieces that did not have too much lemon weren’t that good either. The new England clam chowder smelled wonderful, tasted ok, but the cream had curdled in the soup giving it a strangely mottled appearance. They didn’t seem to think anything was wrong. So far not so good. Then came the lobster roll with ½ pounds of lobster. This was one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had and I highly recommend it. Skip all the other restaurants in the airport and grab one of these with a beer on the way out of Boston.

Took 20 minutes to be seated at lunch cuz the servers were standing around talking instead of waiting tables. Service was incredibly slow and the food is over priced, even for an airport. I won’t eat here again.

We stopped in here for our layover to grab a bit to eat since we wanted to have a drink as well. Service was a bit sluggish and never once did she come by to ask how things were after serving our food. We grabbed a few drafts, which you can’t mess up, and ordered a few things off the menu. The calamari dinner to start and share, the fish sandwich, Caesar salad, caprese salad, and fried green tomatoes. The calamari was fried well, nice and light, but was really absent of any real flavor and I found the sauce it was served with too sweet. We had to request cocktail sauce, since the typical marinara wasn’t an option. The cocktail sauce was actually interesting, more of a bbq style flavor. The caprese salad had good cheese and fresh tomatoes, but was really lacking on the basil aspect. They served it with a basil pesto, but not a sufficient amount to really get the flavor with each bite. The fish sandwich was tasty and light. The friend green tomatoes were a complete displeasure. When they arrived at the table I forgot to really pay attention, until I bit into my first bite. Mushy and why does it taste like ripe tomatoes? — oh because they used regular red tomatoes(as I look closely at the plate). I had to wait until the server brought our check to let her know what the issue was. She said, oh they ran out of the heirloom green ones. Um, were you going to tell me or see if my jet lagged self wouldn’t notice? They did take them off the bill for us. I just wasn’t impressed with this place for the cost. I know airports are expensive, but I’ve had better everything elsewhere.

Pleasantly surprised by the RI calamari… didn’t expect this quality in an airport. Will be back again.

There wasn’t a huge selection of restaurants in our terminal since we knew we didn’t want fast food. Vineyard Grille looked inviting, and it was pretty convenient being right across from our gate. So we went for it. Service was pretty speedy, and the waitress we had was friendly and efficient. We both ordered the jumbo fish sandwich with chips instead of fries. The sandwich was very crispy and light. Very very good. I liked how the coleslaw was on the sandwich instead of as a side. That was a smart move. The only con was that the chips were not homemade but a bag of Cape Cod brand kettle chips. Still good, but that would be the only fix if they were to take the meal to the next level. Being an airport restaurant, I wasn’t expecting anything mind-blowing so I was really happy with the Vineyard Grille. If I ever find myself in Terminal E again, I’d definitely go here again.
