Scott J. Tucker, Paul Saltzman and James R. Dyer, formerly of Tucker, Heifetz & Saltzman, LLP (Est. 2001), announce that their practice will continue under the name of Tucker, Saltzman & Dyer, LLP, as of January 1, 2013.

The firm will continue representing individuals, businesses and insurance companies in product liability, medical and nursing home liability, premises liability, transportation and motor vehicle liability, liquor liability, construction accidents and defects, environmental matters, insurance coverage analysis, commercial disputes, employment litigation, subrogation and general liability.

Scott J. Tucker S.

Business Owner

Scott represents clients in litigation involving products liability, health care liability, premises liability, construction and transportation liability, and commercial disputes. He has tried or more than 100 cases to verdict including wrongful death and catastrophic injuries, contract terminations and patent infringement.

Scott it a past President of the Massachusetts Defense Lawyers Association and was named its 2010 Lawyer of the Year. Other professional activities — International Association of Defense Counsel, TIDA, ABOTA and Council on Litigation Management. Director of IADC Trial Academy — 2003. President of the Board of Directors of the IADC Foundation 2011 – 13.

Lecturer in the areas of evidence, torts and trial advocacy. He delivered the annual review to the 2011 DRI Nursing Home/​ALF Seminar.

Currently serves as the President of the Pediatric IBD Foundation.
