The Sparkling Group

Got a Sparkling Group Groupon and scheduled my appointment weeks in advance. Since then I’ve had the following things happen:
–They redeemed my groupon (ie collected the money) 5 minutes after I scheduled my appointment, which they aren’t supposed to do until the work is done.
–They «forgot» to put my original appointment on the calendar
–They cancelled my 2^nd attempt at an appointment due to ‘car trouble’
–They’re now 45 minutes late for attempt #3 and cleaners supposedly en route have their phones turned off
–They failed to send the promised appointment confirmation email 2 out of 3 times
I really don’t know what to say. Maybe it’s just a series of flukes but I’m pretty disappointed.
