The Newbury Center

I have know Dr. Alsarraf for over 14 years and he is one of the most talented, honest and professional doctors I have ever been to. He has an amazing aesthetic as well as being a truly gifted surgeon. Many of my friends have been treated by Dr. Alsarraf, as well, and they all look totally amazing and speak of him in the most glowing terms.
I would highly recommend The Newbury Center.

I had the worst experience here. I got my lips done by Dr. Alsarraf and he TOTALLY botched them. On the top lip, he messed up and instead of them being evenly plump, it was like two noticeable balls on each side of my top lip. the middle and corners were still thing. On the bottom lip, one side was left noticeably bigger than the other half.
After a couple weeks, (which it took for the swelling to subside) I went back there to show him how messed up it was. He agreed 100% that the top lip looked BAD and uneven and needed to be filled more evenly, he also agreed that the bottom lip was visibly uneven. I asked him to fix it. He said he’d fix it for the same price i had originally paid for it! I asked him for a discount since it was his fault he screwed my lips up and he said he’d knock off 100 and make it $ 500 to fix his mistake,
I think this is sleazy and unprofessional. He totally ruined my lips and wanted me to pay to fix them.

I’ve been a fan of the Newbury Center for a number of years. I haven’t tried the medical services just the facial products, Obaji which is a great line of skin care. They specialize in facial rejuvenation, aka plastic surgery but also do injections and Botox.
Dr. Alsarraf is sweet, funny, honest and straight forward. A friend recommended him to me after her Blepharoplasty (Eye lift). Years later she still looks amazing. If I were considering injections or other facial services i would only come here to a trained doctor who specializes in facial services.
