History

Established in 1981.

Originally the Federal Reserve Bank, this national architectural landmark is one of the finest hotels in the city. Marble entryways, coffered gold-leaf ceilings, and historic artwork such as original oil paintings by N.C. Wyeth are just a few of the things that make this property unique.

Also featured throughout the hotel are antique-style furnishings, a collection of 16th-century maps, and historic photos showcasing the building when it was the Federal Reserve Bank (located on the 5th floor).
