AWEFUL SERVICE — I purchased a groupon for $ 89 to Logan Airport. When I called to make reservations they told me I would need to pay for the driver to come from West Roxbury to pick me up in Melrose and bring me to Logan Aiport. I would also need to pay for the driver to return to Roslindale — a $ 32 tip (35%), $ 10 tolls and $ 10 extra gas charge. FORGET IT SHAMAL! I’m going back to Boston North Limousine.

Last night we were driving on Storrow and one of your drivers aggressively honked and swerved at us several times. We could only assume that it was because we were driving slow because of icy road conditions, but it was the most aggressive driving behavior I’ve ever experienced. He purposely swerved into us over his lane two different times, then we slowed down to get away from him and he came level to our window and stared us down.
He didn’t have a passenger in the car, but it was shocking and inappropriate to say the least.
