Super Shine Auto Wash

I used to go this place every weekend to get my car wash，quick and cheap I like it, since last weekend. Their Blower was broken. But they didn’t let me know before I pay the money. After the car wash my whole car is wet. So I ask the manager to refund my money. He said «no”(very rude way) so sad never go there again…

Just don’t go here please… I don’t know how to explain it, but from the moment I entered this place it was like entering the Twilight Zone.

This place used to have great customer service, so great in fact that it knocked Allston’s Car Wash out of heavy rotation. But the new staff are lazy and rude (and they don’t give you the little comment cards for obvious reasons).
One guy nearly cracked my windshield wielding his dirty encrusted brush only to clean only one side of the car. When I pointed this out to the woman who took my money she told me they only brush one side… Um, yeah, except that all the cars in front of me got brushed on both sides. :-(
Annoyed with a dirty car! I’m going back to Allston where they know how to treat a beat down ride…

Called me spoiled or hell, just from CA… but when I get a car washed it includes an exterior wash, (duh), tires, AND an interior vacuum, dashboard and all, and, and get this, INCLUDING windows for about $ 20 – 25. THAT IS A CAR WASH.
Not this a la carte bulls*t we’ll wash the outside for $ 10, and vacuum the inside for another $ 8 then we’ll dress your tires for $ 4 and another $ 5 to clean your windows. Ridiculous.
What’s even MORE ridiculous is that NOT all locations will vacuum for you. And BTW, NO, I don’t want to pay an extra $ 3 for colored foam that you call a «hot wax». THAT IS NOT HOT WAX dude.
I can understand that in wet weather maybe all you want is to get the salt off and so yah, a $ 10 wash on the outside may do the trick, but on dry days, seriously, just clean the whole damn car.
I roll up b/​c I am told that this is one of the locations that ALSO vacuums. when I get there the guys says, sorry, I can’t vacuum b/​c I’m the only one here, but there’s the self serve vacuum down the street.
REALLY??? ARE YOU SERIOUS??? ugh.
I hate this coast.

These guys do the job right. They put the extra time to properly pre-​wash every inch of the car.
The Works is a basic wash at $ 9, The Super Wash is a few bucks more at $ 12 and the Super Shiner is $ 15 but it’s not bad if you have a coupon. Usually the Manager’s Special is the best deal.

Why I love Super Shine Auto Wash:
1. Friendly service — As soon as I pulled up, a hot, sweaty guy ran up to my car and begged me to give him a minute to run across the street and grab a gatorade — evidently this is a one-​man operation and the poor dude hadn’t had a break all day. A few seconds later, he hustled back carrying two drinks and waved me up, all the while thanking me profusely for being patient.
2. Price — The «manager’s special» was very affordable at $ 12 or so, and included «the works». I’m not entirely sure what goes into that, as this was my first ever experience at a car wash, but it seemed more than fair for a wash and wax with some sort of undercarriage-​cleaning.
3. Honesty — the guy working asked me if I wanted to get some sort of wheel-​buffing thing for another $ 3, but because i’m embarrassingly unfamiliar with cars, i stared blankly and asked if he recommended it. He told me that I should save my $ 3 because it wouldn’t make a huge visible difference on my car. Thank you, dude. That’s $ 3 in extra tip for you for being a helluva nice guy.
4. Payment — They take credit cards, INCLUDING AMERICAN EXPRESS. I’m sold.
5. Speed — in and out, including waiting on the man’s convenience store run (can you call it a packey if he’s not getting alcohol?), in 5 minutes.

Friendly and quick but my car was still noticeably dirty. I think I could of hosed it off and of gotten the same results.
