BE careful selling…
They «help you out» by letting you input the price you want and then how it shows up to the buyers, so you think all of the fees are covered. WRONG!
Once they sell your tickets at the price shown and you see the price you are going to get, they then take another cut… so when you enter the price you think you are going to get and see what the buyer is going to be charged, they are going to hit again with another charge.
my example… Listed my tickets at 61.80, so someone paid 69.98 for each ticket, so I thought I was getting 123.60. NOPE I am getting 102.50.
NEVER AGAIN!

I have been a Stubhub customer, both buyer and seller for a while. I ran into an unfortunate instance where on a particular sale, UPS lost my tickets, and instead of calling me to tell me this, Stubhub cancelled my sale, THEN charged me over $ 100 since they had to «buy replacement tickets» for buyer. Very convenient when market value of these is half what stubhub supposedly paid. In addition, I offered to have them reprinted and resent since they were lost and they said no, they didn’t care.
In the end, after 4 hours of arguments with 5 different reps, all complete morons and rude, I received no payment for this order (essentially they stole over $ 200 from me). They claim the tickets were delivered late thus no payment. Well HELLO idiots, they were late because UPS lost them.
Anyway, word to the wise, you think you are safe on stubhub selling but only if things don’t get lost. Don’t trust these con artists, they will screw you if anything goes wrong. I am so mad about this, spread this along to anyone you know who uses stubhub. IF your tickets get lost (as a seller), stubhub WILL SCREW YOU. It happened to me…

I bought tickets to see Patty Griffin. I overpaid for the seats A LOT. The show was hardly sold out at all and I could have sat there without paying for those seats.
That’s not really StubHub’s fault I guess… still not great for my experience with them though.
The thing I didn’t like was the uncertaintly of getting the tickets in the mail, and though they did reply to my emails and inquiries, they weren’t super helpful or reassuring that I wasn’t about to get screwed. Plus I’ve read a lot of the horror stories below.
I did get the tickets the day before and I did go to the show, so by that measure it was A OK. But overall, I’ve experienced better and won’t do this again.

This place is terrible. I ordered tickets, and received a confirmation e-​mail that the order had been placed, my credit card was charged (I get those notifications whenever my card is charged from my credit card company), and then I got a cancellation e-​mail from Stubhub a few minutes later: «Ticket order cancelled due to an issue with your account».
My account was locked. I called support like it said, and after what seemed like 10 minutes of talking with a child, the rep finally said he couldn’t help me, and that I had to submit a ticket (no pun intended) for support and that someone would get back to me in 24 hours. What about my tickets during this time? They’re available for someone else to purchase.
Guess what happened. Someone else bought them.
Swing, and a miss. I should have known better than to stray from Ace.

I’ll try to keep this as short as possible. I’ve waited 2 yrs for Taylor Swift’s Red tour and finally bought aisle seats that were dead center in section 325 at Metlife Stadium in NJ. When I received the tickets, they were faded tickets (light red ink) on computer paper with a handwritten Winnie the Pooh post it note that said, «Hello! The tickets are print at home tickets and work the same way as hard tickets. They simply scan the bar code and you’re in. Have sold them before with no issue. Also you have seats 23 and 24 not 24 and 25. Just one seat over. Enjoy the show!-Jade»
After falsely advertising aisle seats I contacted Stubhub via e-​mail which I then received a call the next day on Tuesday for the error. I was offered either $ 40 off my order or replacement tickets in the section directly below 225 with a pair of aisle seats. I had repeatedly asked if it was definitely in the section DIRECTLY below the original section. After he guaranteed that it was the section directly below, he said the seats would be a little off to the side because it was in row 1, seats 1 and 2 which I had agreed on getting. The cs rep was aware I was not in front of a computer either, so I made this ABSOLUTELY clear that I wanted only the section directly below my original seats and dead center. He told me I would have to send back the original tickets and would send me a label to ship to UPS at no cost. Although I have a very tight schedule working 60 hrs/​wk I was trying to find a way to go to the post office to do so even though this was NOT my error nor my problem. I went home to go online and look up my new tickets, only to find that it was in the section over, all the way in the corner furthest away from the center.
When I had contacted Stubhub about this error and being misled by their staff members, the cs reps told me they couldn’t find me new replacement tickets because I had accepted this offer and the new seller had posted all the correct information about the section/​seating. They also offered to help me sell my new tickets. Why the hell would I through the hassle of selling them as a result of being misinformed about by their OWN STAFF MEMBER. Then I was offered a full refund… why the HELL would I want to refund the tickets and not go to the concert at ALL??? After about 30 minutes of yelling at the cs rep about how unprofessional their staff is and taking advantage of their customers, I came to no resolution and am stuck with these tickets. I am NEVER going to buy tickets through stubhub again. Did I also mention that after waiting 2 years to attend this concert, this is all happening THREE DAYS BEFORE THE CONCERT? Can you imagine my disbelief, panic, anger, and frustration?
COMPLETELY DECEPTIVE STAFF MEMBERS. I have spent almost $ 1,000 on the last Taylor Swift concert and this upcoming concert ALONE. I will no longer be spending any more money through Stubhub.
Absolutely awful. I have never been so stressed out about a concert in my entire life. It’s unbelievable that they cannot offer me anything to compensate for everything that has happened the last couple of days.

Easy, fast, clean, just picked up tickets ordered from the phone earlier, printed out on a sheet for me. Nice service as well.

Again to echo what the previous reviewers have said, this place is horrible. There is zero customer service. You are better off just using your computer and printer to buy the tickets.
Why?
You walk in this big elaborate Stubb Hub location with tv’s, couches, big customer service counter. Only to find two computer stations for YOU to use to research, buy and email to your computer your tickets.

–Persona and helpful discussion on seat map of venue with a service person?: Nope!
–Ease of Payment?: NOPE! you must create a account on the computer and enter in your credit card information.
–Physical ticket since you came to the location?: NOPE! They don’t print your tickets but since I complained they did do that for me. They print you a Eticket, and mine they didn’t even use the color function on the printer, got a crappy black and white copy.
To be fair the guy who worked there was nice but he has nothing to do with this. The fact is that Stubb Hub created a ticket store that has no concern or attention to its customer base and further backs the reason why this company is basically a monopoly in the ticket industry with no reason to worry about a better competitor!

, but just don’t understand why they would have an amazing location with cool computers… and hire rude unprofessional people to work at this location. I’d rather deal with an online automated message and email than coming here and talking to any of the representative.

Awful customer service, deceptive ads, and ungodly high prices. I had a terrible experience using this «service» (and I use that term very loosely). I purchased Red Sox tickets, and when I picked up the tickets and got to the ballpark, they were for a completely different section. I was pretty disappointed because I spent a small fortune and thought I was getting seats along the first base line and instead I was in the nose bleed section near the third base line.
The next day, I decided to complain. I looked up the ad, and lo and behold– it was gone. I tried the link I had bookmarked and no luck. I exchanged several emails with a very surly customer «service» rep. I got absolutely no where. I’ve heard they will eventually give you x percent off of your next purchase, but I wasn’t even offered that. Not that I’d ever use them again.
Honestly, you’re better off finding a different way to get tickets. This place is such a rip-​off. I’ve heard horror stories from other customers. I won’t even try the other ticket places because I imagine they’re similar. Really ruined the game for me because I was so upset at the amount of money I spent for absolutely crappy seats.
