Basically just warehouses elder;y, ignored all the families concerns, nightmare involvement by Social Work, acting to deny patients rights and needed care. Some individual Physical Therapist were very good and even expressed concern as this elder declined. However, the Director of Therapy was not helpful and actually we believed added to the decline of this person. Doctors and some nursing are just the worse (again one or two nurses or assistants were very helpful, one nurse would call us directly and tell us status that was concerning. note the facility would then deny the situation) … definitely do not have the patients interest first. We agree with unclean conditions that other reviewer noted. We understood that there was no dining room in use, so people ate in their rooms alone, or in a common area where we saw men being shaved and hair being trimmed while people were eating. Patient was sent to Hospital at our demand and remained in the Hospital for a long period of
