Sky Zone Trampoline Park

After going to a Sky Zone on the North Shore, my friends and I decided to check out this one, as we were out and about south of the city. We had an absolute BLAST! Although this location was smaller than the one I had previously jumped at, I enjoyed myself at this location more. The staff were super friendly and engaging, and the facility was very clean! I didnt attend with my children this time, we were just a group of adults hanging out for the evening. I would definitely recommend Sky Zone to anyone that asks… cant wait to go back! The only recommendation I would make is to sign the waiver prior to arrival, and to buy your tickets in advance!

Poorly managed, kid unfriendly, uncaring staff blindly following rules that don’t make sense. The worst experience ever. Would never set my foot in this place.
Our friend was hosting the birthday party for their 6 year old son. My kids — 4 and 2 year old were not allowed to join the party because of their age. The only alternative that they could offer us is to go to the toddler area (which is a joke). However, somebody reserved it and we could not go. When I checked it out there was only one kid playing there. I let my kids play there but then the staff member came and kicked us out because the place was reserved (never mind the people who reserved it did not show up). Both of my kids were crying and we had to leave the place.

Toddler space exact measurements 4″ wide X 10″ long. Toddler is 5 and under. Basketball rim is broken. The two areas (general and toddler) are completely separate, so if you have kids younger and older than 5 y.o., it is unmanageable as a parent. Would not make exception for 4 and 11 month old.
Highly recommend to consider alternatives.

My boyfriend and I were invited to play some late night dodgeball. We had our own sox, (yes, they were from a competitors location) but the Manager on duty, ‘Mike’ came up to us extremely aggressive, and rude and said «Ya, you can’t wear those sox in here» and stormed off without a formal explanation or anything. I get the reasoning behind it, but he could have, and SHOULD have been more professional about it. His employees were shocked by his abruptness, and offered us FREE sox because he was so rude. At this point he was already hiding in the office while I was at the desk asking him for his managers/​corporates contact information with ease. I understand wearing black and green might come as «disrespectful» to your establishment, but when TWO employees tell me that «kids come in here all the time with those sox, and we don’t really care», you better believe that I’m going to take it wrong. We came at 10pm, with only 2 hours to play, paid our fee, and were bombarded by self righteous disrespect. It doesn’t end there. There was a rule called (by all the MALES, mind you) that «head shots» were allowed. In our specific game (s), I found it odd that the referee, and Mike the manager, would allow that, considering the serious harm that could come of it. When every single one of the females on my team kept getting nailed square in the face, one after one, it became clear to me that this is not somewhere I will ever be returning to. It was even better when, in the end, we found out that at least 2 of the people whipping balls at females faces were EMPLOYEES.(based on the fact that they were in, and around the office after we played). A word of advice for your business, coming from a fellow manager of an establishment, would be. 1. Dont allow your employees to break the rules 2. Tell your «manager» on duty to be more respectful of PAYING customers, REGARDLESS of the GRIPPED sox they have on their feet. We would have gladly purchased SkyZone sox had we been aproached proffesionally, and respectfully. Mike is not someone you want running your revenue. 3. Never allow Head shots, regardless of the «vote».
You might also tell Mike that when a paying customer wants the number for the General Manager, he should probably give it to them, and not refuse by stating «I can’t give you that information». Its because of his self righteous stubbornness that I will be complaining to your corporate offices, and every single one of your social media outlets as well.

I wish I could give this place no stars we came here to have a fun game and the manager on duty mike was letting all the girls get smashed in the face with the dodgeballs and not doing anything about it, we called no headshots and he still never did anything. I got hit in the face 3 times and he told me «well it’s dodgeball sorry «extremely rude safe to say I will never ever come back here.

First, it was a little difficult to find this place. You have to drive all the way to the back. There are no clear signs or arrows leading you there.
So I would not recommend this place for children 4 and under. Sky zone groups jumpers by age, under 4, 5 – 10, 10 – 15, 16+. Under 4 is considered a toddler. Their «toddler» section is pretty minuscule. It is very disappointing. Don’t waste your money on it, they will get bored within 10 mins.
On another note, My 5yr old nephew was also upset with me since I couldn’t jump with him since I was not in his age bracket.
On the plus side, everyone enjoyed the foam jump. Be patient. It’s one jumper at a time. They also have virtual dodgeball. The party room was a good size for a birthday party. I believe it could accommodate 30 people?

I’ve always wanted to jump on a bunch of trampolines like what SkyZone has, so my boyfriend and I finally made the visit. One word: AMAZING!
We had a blast and quite a workout during a one hour jump. One hour felt like forever, so I would recommend paying for an hour then pay for more if you’re not burnt out by then! We went on a Monday evening (5pm) and it was mainly empty besides the 5 younger kids that were there. There is a net to separate the kids and (18+) jumpers. My favorite part was their basketball hoop and my boyfriend’s was the foam pit. You can do tricks and flips, but all at your own risk. Everything was clean and the staff were very friendly the whole time. We can’t wait to come back and if I had the time, I would definitely sign up for their aerobics class! Having fun and getting a workout at the same time for less than 20 bucks an hour… what more can you ask for.

Think hard before you decide to book a birthday party here. Make sure you have everything planned out ahead of time. The staff need training when it comes to hosting a birthday party. No communication whatsoever. We were rushed out because another group needed the room for a party but we were never informed that they were waiting for us. The staff had a visible annoyed face and kept huffing and puffing. We did NOT know why and would have probably sped up the process of removing people from the room if we knew WHY they wanted us out. The bill was almost $ 500 and we were rushed out of there so fast we didn’t even know what hit us. On top of that, they ask for a tip instead of it being included in the price. How are we supposed to tip a person that did not host the party at all? The kids were NOT ENTERTAINED at ALL. We did not know what to do since we didn’t prepare for this as we thought the staff would handle it like at Chuck E Cheese and other places. $ 500!!! If I pay $ 500 for a birthday party I expect the staff to be friendly and interactive with the kids. We did not see that at all. Never again.

Went here on a work outing with colleagues and had the best time with only a 30 minute jump time (was long enough to get in a workout and have fun). Two of us are retired gymnasts and broke out some flips! There is a foam pit too if you want to do flips and are concerned about sticking the landing. So much fun! Highly recommended. Safe and great for kids too.

Usually when I take my team out, we do dinner or a drink. But with the recent passion for working out, I thought I would seize the moment and book us a private skyrobics class with Nico. We had a blast! Flying through the air, push-​ups, berpies, and doing different circuits with medicine balls and the TRX. He even snuck in a quick round of dodgeball where to get back in you had to do five squats. We loved, had so much fun; we’ll definitely be back!

Super great for special needs kids!
We’ve been going to the sensory-​friendly Sunday mornings, which I wish they would have every week instead of once a month. It’s the hour before they open, so it’s less crowded, and it’s all families with special needs kids, so you don’t have to deal with other parents who don’t «get it.» If you have special needs kids, I would come for the community aspect alone; I saw plenty of parents prompting their kids that they couldn’t take balls out of people’s hands, that they needed to take breaks and calm down and so forth, and for once there were no idiot non-​special-​needs parents arguing and suggesting we not set limits or expect skills from our kids. It’s a new program there, so they’re still working all the kinks out. The staff were still playing the usual loud dance music with a strong beat. I asked why they were doing this when it was supposed to be sensory friendly. The staff member said it just hadn’t occurred to them, but that they use Pandora, so to feel free to suggest a station that would be more appropriate and they can change it during this time block. I also mentioned that I noticed kids with minimal verbal language and noticed staff were speaking to them in long, slangy sentences, and suggested training staff use short phrases to ask kids to move to different square or to stop doing something, and they said they would work on this.
We were recently there for a birthday party, which was mostly kids with special needs. It’s overpriced, but the staff were AMAZING at being hands-​off, which is a total plus when you have kids who already get overwhelmed. They absolutely deferred to parents and were super helpful, but pretty much stayed out of the way. We’ve had other experiences other places where staff asked kids every five minutes if they were having fun, tried to engage kids they didn’t know and who were overwhelmed, etc. — there’s absolutely none of that here. We also had a couple kids who brought their own snack because of their medical diets, and staff were totally aware this is allowed by law and didn’t question it, and said they’d make sure not to serve them pizza or cake.
I agree with the reviews that the 40 minutes in the party room is probably too short. We probably could have used an hour with our group, and we didn’t do gift-​opening or any games or speeches or anything that some people might do at their parties. Still, it’s worth it for a place with staff who are helpful and attentive, but aren’t trying to run things and aren’t trying to get your kids wound up, and were just respectful in general that we had a lot of kids who interact and communicate differently from others.

Went here twice this summer!
My first impression walking in was that it was SUPER CLEAN. I thoroughly enjoyed how spacious and organized it was. There were cubbies where you could place your belongings and you could rent out a locker if you were that scared of your personal belongings being stolen.
Trampolines were pretty nice. Jumping around for even 10 minutes gets a bit tiring. I couldn’t tell you how many water breaks I took – let’s just say you wouldn’t be able to count them on two hands. Thank goodness they have TWO water fountains located in such convenient areas – oh, and their tap is pretty good for tap.
Foam pit was alright, all I did was jump in it because I did not want to do any risqué activities and injure myself. So I didn’t see much value in the foam pit, however, people were doing flips and tricks onto the foam pit – no one got injured if you were wondering!
DODGEBALL. IS. SO. FUN. The only downside is that you need at least 8 people to play, and those 8 people have to be within your age range, as it wouldn’t be advisable for 24 year olds to be hitting 4 year olds with dodgeballs – that could result in a possible lawsuit.
Aeroball is really fun. It may look exhausting but it’s really less exhausting than everything else in my honest opinion.
It’s a fun time. You can save 2 dollars every subsequent time you go if you keep your socks.

Took my 3 year old to Toddler Time and had fun. Would be nice if there were a spot where he and I could jump together though!

Do not listen to the bad reviews!!! Great place, Clean, professional staff and great price. Do your homework before, sign waivers and print from home to move the line along quickly. The staff is very attentive and the kids had fun!!! Younger kids an hour is enough, older kids maybe over. Parents keep in mind you do not get to jump on the same court if your kids are little, there is a mesh separating. Great way to burn some energy for a couple of hours. Bathrooms are clean

Just here for my son’s birthday party with 5 other boys– kids absolutely loved it !! Beats jumping on your couch/​beds a thousand folds! Highly recommend! Staff is very professional and friendly. Awesome place !

Clean and fun — great indoor activity all year round. Wish they had more food options though — they only offer snacks like chips and drinks.
They no longer require you to wear their shoes but do require you to buy and wear their socks with no shoes on the trampolines.

When my friend suggested dodgeball at Sky Zone, I immediately had flashbacks of 5^th grade recess where I was the last pick for teams in a dodgeball game (yes, I was one of *those* kids). I somehow convinced myself to go this time, and it was surprisingly a lot more fun than I suspected.
Our group of 10 (we are in our mid 20s) walked in on a Saturday around 5pm –no reservation– and after we signed waivers and got fitted for our rental footwear, we were able to play right away. We were expecting a pep talk or some overview of the rules from the staff but no such thing happened. It was assumed that we read the rules on the LCD screen, oops.
We proceeded to bounce around and play our own casual dodgeball game in the shared trampoline space for about 30 mins. Yes, there were a lot of little kids (what did you expect?), but everyone minded their own business and respected each others’ space. Fortunately, we didn’t experience any gym-​coach-​type yelling or loud whistling in the arena. Also, I’d like to think I’m pretty fit… but sadly, I still needed a time-​out to recharge! We then played 30 mins of supervised dodgeball game with some random middle school kids. Throwing dodgeballs at kids was actually therapeutic. Don’t worry, no children were harmed.
Quick notes:
— locker rentals were available to store your belongings
— there’s a variety of snacks and beverages for purchase
— parking lot was huge! make sure to drive further in, past the gymnastics school and Rockspot until you see a huge warehouse/​building where Sky Zone is located.
In the end, I still suck at dodgeball. But with a group of friends who could care less about your skills, I managed to have a good time there. If you’re looking for a fun and affordable indoor activity for your next group outing, Sky Zone is the place. Be prepared to sweat balls. *pun intended*

This place is awesome! This was my first time and I felt like one of those animated characters that instead of falling flat on the ground, you bounce and bounce and bounce! Jump an hour, jump ½ an hour, its all good!
Went with one other and we had a blast trying the foam pit, dodge ball, and the larger jumping area. Even though this was a Saturday afternoon and there were 2 kids parties, and many other kids and adults, there was plenty of room to move around. I only had to wait in line for the foam pit for a few minutes.
Not a fan of the smelly shoes they give you to wear so next time I will spend $ 2 for the reusable orange socks they sell there.
I know I will be sore tomorrow, and my friend tweeked his back a little from too much exuberant jumping. Just tone it down a bit the first time and you will have a blast!

So much fun!!!
I went with a friend of mine and we had a blast! I would not recommend getting an hour pass, I was dead after half an hour! It was an awesome way to work out. You could really feel it after!

I’ve been here a couple of times with friends and family and it’s always a great time. The facilities are clean, orderly, and the staff is always cool. Dodgeball is the greatest and funniest part of going there, especially when you play against random kids. I will definitely keep coming back!
P. S. there should be less harsh lighting and they should make a jump in the dark/​blacklight type time of day on the weekends or just at night. That would be clutch.
