History

Established in 1999.

— 15 years Boston’s top clinic, offering Botox, facial fillers, body contouring, lasers and skin tightening. Free consultations.

CEO Cheryl Clarkson founded SkinHealth Centers for a personal reason: a mission to find a cure for maligant melanoma. That mission has opened up many other paths to helping our clients achieve fresh, vibrant skin at every stage of their life. SkinHealth now offer an extensive array of skin care services, and are affiliated with New England’s première physicians in cosmetic medicine.

Meet the Business Owner

Cheryl C.

Business Owner

An experienced CEO, Cheryl has successfully run companies in medical devices and health care for the past 30 years

For Cheryl, entrepreneurship — founding SkinHealth in 1999– was a mission launched by a personal crisis. Her sister – and only sibling and best friend in the world – was diagnosed with malignant melanoma, and shortly thereafter at the age of 40 succumbed to the deadly disease.

What made this radical career switch possible was passion, experience, and preparation. The last she earned as an MIT Sloan Fellow.

«MIT Sloan, my professional experiences, and my role as an advocate for my sister prepared me to take on the enormous challenge of SkinHealth™. I knew I could lead people and organizations, but in this phase of my life, I wanted to be a leader in skin cancer prevention and in skin health, within the marketplace and within society. I feel I am making a difference to the world and I can honestly and enthusiastically say I love my work!»
