Sheldon Zigelbaum is no longer licensed to practice medicine and should not be listed as an M.D. He was found guilty of sexual and drug-​use misconduct with patients; his Massachusetts license was revoked in 1992 and his New York license was revoked in 1993. This is public record; here’s the New York document, which includes information about the Massachusetts findings.
He can still see patients, as long as he doesn’t call himself «psychiatrist,» which term requires that one be an M.D. It probably isn’t a good idea to be one of those patients.
