I had to give a 5 star but it would have been 100 if possible. I have had the same insurance agent for decades. His name is Ralph Nebalski at Dwight Rudd and he would still be my agent if I hadn’t moved to FL. He has insured all my cars and my homes. One home had a huge flood via pipe burst while we were on vacation in the first year and we were given full replacement value for all the damage. No problems or issues with being reimbursed. I feel he is my agent instead of a guy that is selling insurance to me. If he sells the insurance you need use him, he is great!!!
