History

Established in 1994.

Attorney Noa graduated from Whittier College School of Law in 1987 passing the Massachusetts bar exam the following year in 1988. In 1990 he was admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the district of Boston. Attorney Noa was working for a small plaintiff personal injury firm when he passed the bar exam. He moved on to work several years as in-​house counsel at AIG providing insurance defense in both general liability and workers compensation claims. Thereafter, he returned to work at a different plaintiff oriented personal injury firm but this time as manager of their Workers Compensation Department. Once attorney Noa had developed both a reputation of excellence in handling workers compensation claims, along with, his own client following he opened his own workers compensation and construction site accident focused law firm in 1994. Since then Mr. Noa has successfully recovered tens of millions of dollars in disability compensation and settlements for his clients.

Attorney Noa graduated from Providence College in Providence Rhode Island in 1984 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and a minor in Western Civilizations. He obtained his Juris Doctor from Whittier College school of Law in Los Angeles California in 1987 and passed the Massachusetts Bar exam in 1988. In 1990 he was admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of Boston. Since 1994 attorney Noa has been the sole proprietor of the small plaintiff oriented workers compensation, construction site accident and Social Security disability law firm. From 2012 to 2014 he was the cohost of Talking about the Law a radio talkshow on WCRN, AM 830 out of Worcester Massachusetts where he discussed ongoing issues about workers compensation and Social Security disability with his listening audience.
