Saturday appointments with actual dentist. No waiting. Get in get out. Very thorough, don’t do anything without your consent and understanding. Talkative staff.

If I could put zero stars, I would. I have one word, cock roach. The office looked fine in the waiting room, but in the exam room there was a cock roach, dead in the corner of the room. No one acknowledged it until I brought it to their attention as I walked out of the office.

I picked this orthodontics office as oppose to another because of the $ 2000 price difference and the different treatment provided. Also I researched, like CRAZY, the Dr that was going to treat me. They mainly treat middle school kids from what I’ve noticed which is understandable.
Now this place is not the most modern place, but it’s none of my concern. At the other ortho offices I was given a business email where I can contact the Dr. I asked one from this place (because I’m creating a vlog on my adult braces journey) but they don’t have one. Which is odd but fine you can give them a call or ask at your appoint

If you’re looking for great service without waiting 4 hours to see a dentist this is the office for you! They even work on Saturdays, so no need to take a day off work or take the kids out of school! I brought my daughter here, we were seen within 10 minutes! The dentist was so nice and explained to me step by step what she was going to do for my daughter. we both had a great experience and I would highly recommend this office.

If only I can give this place a negative one I would. This is no place to take a child if they need dental work done. Take them to a REAL DENTIST WHO SPECIALIZES IN CHILDRENS TEETH. They don’t listen when the child tells them they can still feel them working on them. Just because you think you put enough novacain in the syringe doesn’t mean it there was and stop letting your students work on peoples children. Also if the child is screaming and crying obviously she/​he can feel that… you don’t walk up to them and tell them stop being like that they are in pain you prick. Anywho NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER bring your child here for anything not even for a toothbrush

I have walked by this place before and thought I’d check it out. I am in need of a new dentist and the location is great. I was a little anxious because the last dentist told me I needed a bunch of fillings done and a root canal. Dr. Fernando was very nice. She patiently answered all my questions. Turns out I don’t need that much work. She explained that a cavity in my mouth is large but could place a deep filling in it. Seeing how anxious I was about it she made room for me to do the filling right away. I haven’t had any issues so far but to be sure I’m scheduled for her to take a look at it. Overall I am really happy about the experience I had there. The only thing is the office is a little outdated but that doesn’t bother me.

Easily the worst dental experience in my life occurred at these offices.
I’ve had root canals… tooth extractions… various drillings… but nothing was even close to my «check-​up» at this gotdam place.
I had a Saturday appointment– which I thought was cool. I don’t want to take time off work to go to the DENTIST, right?
So I had some preliminary xrays taken with the secretary/​aide so the dentist could see what they’d be workin wit, yaknow? Cool.
Then I went in for the checkup. It consisted of Dr. Fernando using one tool to rub against my teeth while another squirted water on them, and a third sucked up the water. Pretty standard.
Then came the next phase of the checkup. The medieval part. The Little Shop of Horrors part. Using a metal pick-​like instrument, the dentist proceeded to scrape, ahem, SCRAAAAAPE — the areas and gums between my teeth. Wincing in pain, she asked «…are you ok?»
As masculine/​dumb as the next guy, I manage to nod as tears begin to form in the corners of my eyes. Finally she stops. «Robbie, can you go rinse your mouth out? You’re really bleeding a lot.»
OH RE-​HE-​HEEEEEELLLY!!!
Then, after i get up and start rinsing, she RUNS out of the room without saying a word (!!!). I felt like she had snuck in off the street and stolen a lab coat and started practicing.
That was the extent of my visit. My final prognosis was to start flossing more. My mouth was throbbing for the rest of the day.
Maybe I’m just used to my dentist at home, but this place was absolutely terrible and completely unprofessional. Maybe hang your dental certificates/​degrees on the wall? Might put your patients at ease JUUUUUUST a little bit. It couldn’t hurt.
Not anymore than it already does.
