Ready2go Movers

This company was subcontracted by Pack and Load Services to pack our 16 foot POD. The movers were competent, but I just found out that they forged my initials and signature on the work order so that I would pay for additional paper padding that did not get used. I now am having to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I am very disappointed. Next time we will do our research!

We were in a tight spot and needed movers ASAP when we realized we couldn’t do it ourselves as originally planned. There were 2 really good things about this place that unfortunately — DON’T outweigh the bad.
The Good:
1. We were able to get people ASAP
2. The men that showed up were professional, nice, awesome HARD WORKING PEOPLE.
The BAD AND SUPER UGLY:
1. We were charged $ 80 an hour for labor– WHICH I AM FINE WITH… if a FAIR PERCENTAGE HAD GONE TO THE LABOR…
The men we hired get paid $ 10 an hour out of the $ 80 we paid the company…
REALLY?
Oh, ok, I know the the cost of doing business makes the rate higher.
«So do you all get health insurance? workers comp? ANY BENEFITS?
Answer= NONE.
So yeah, call me what you want and I am sure someone will… BUT I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. I think it’ll be hard to justify that the extra $ 70 they charge goes to providing ANY VALUE TO ME AS A CUSTOMER OR TO THE MEN AND WOMEN THEY HIRE.
