Park Shuttle & Fly

I used Park Shuttle and Fly this week am so impressed with their service. Starting with the free valet; park your car at the front and they will valet it for you, no trying to remember where it is. I received both a paper ticket and an emailed form of my ticket, just in case I lost it! Smart! The shuttle was right there ready to take me to the airport. A quick effortless ride to the airport with a courteous driver. Upon my return, I called for pickup and they asked for my ticket number so they knew which car I was getting and made sure I knew where to stand to meet the shuttle. The shuttle arrived promptly to pick me up. Returning to the lot after a big snow storm my car was ready for me, running, heat on, brushed off and heat seat on! What service! I was thoroughly impressed and grateful! Thank you for the great customer service, the ease of Park Shuttle and Fly, I’ll be back.

We have been using Park, Shuttle and Fly since they began back in the 70’s. My most recent trip out of Logan was the best ! When I returned, get his they had pulled my car out for me and had it waiting by the payment kiosk. I complemented the attendant he said they were under new management and were trying to provide a great customer experience. I get it and they really delivered! Thanks PS&F ! Seeyou again real soon.
A tip from me — reserve online in advance there is usually a coupon you can use for your parking.

Awful customer service!!! I picked up my car on September 7^th around 10pm. The cashier was rude, arrogant and a bully. He advised me «to go get some sleep»! Who employs such customer-​hating individuals? Never ever using this service again thanks to the bullies at your office.

Avoid this lot! You can NOT do worse than this lot. I handed my keys over, and my car was in perfect condition. When I got it back, the front end was smashed up. When I confronted them, they said the guy who’s been parking cars there for over 20 years noted the damage and wrote it down. First, what loser is parking cars in this lot for 20+ years? Second, because there was no way I could prove they were lying, it cost me $ 2100 to get the front end repaired. I now order a shuttle car to and from Logan. Of the reviews that Unilocal doesn’t show, note how many are 5 stars and yet this is the only review they have ever done. After all, who doesn’t want to create an account on Unilocal just to say how great a parking lot was? Can you smell scam reviews input by Park, Shittle, Fly?

I have used them a lot in the past, and they seemed fine… but the last couple of flights this past year, they’ve really degraded. Today, I got back on a flight from JAX mid-​day on a beautiful day. Logan was pretty quiet — no unexpected rush. My family sat there in Terminal C and had 4 — yes, FOUR Preflight buses pass us before the Park Shuttle and Fly shuttle arrived. This is after I followed their directions, called them, and TOLD THEM WHERE WE WERE AND THAT WE WERE READY AND WAITING. After the third Preflight bus, and having waited about 20 minutes with a 1 year old and a 4 year old, I had to call and ask what was going on. Just as a sanity check we also had 2 Thrifty buses pass us. I will say the driver was very courteous.
When I explained my disappointment to the gate attendant, he gave me the «I could not care less» response. No attempt to «fix the customer.» — I’ve seen better service skills from TSA screeners and employees at the RMV. So, I and my revenue stream are going to go elsewhere from now on. I would not recommend this company at all in its current form.

I really think it’s interesting how the business manager posts comments with no true value. They know from all these posts that they are the worst choice and worst service and offer no apology.
At this point I hope they go out of business.

Saw a $ 17/​day price advertised. Failed to honor, charged me $ 20/​day. I returned to find my phone charger cord missing. There are other, better choices.

upon leaving the Logan airport, I walked up to the van outside to see if it was the right shuttle for me to get on… it was 12:30 am and dark. The man driving the shuttle was unbelievably rude to me and instead of just saying no, this is not the shuttle you are looking for, he told me with the most attitude I have ever experienced that the shuttle I originally got on was black and had white lettering with the company name pre-​flight parking written on it. Looking at the other reviews on here make sense. I would never use that company because of their terrible staff, but would highly recommend preflight parking.

Be warned against this parking lot! They offered us a coupon at check-​in and then reneged coupon when it came time to pay. Manager was unhelpful. Shuttle bus passed us the first time around at the airport waiting for a pickup, had to call and get them to come back for us even though we were waiting at the designated spot! Overall very unprofessional and poorly run.

Do not use this service unless you have lots of time to wait. shuttles consistently take a long time to pick up on return flight. last 3 times was 20 minute plus wait. the other services meanwhile pass through every 10 minutes or less.

Better than economy parking that the airport provides because I did not have to wait 20 minutes for the shuttle bus to show up. Very friendly staff. Quick ride to the airport. When you arrive they park your car for you. My one criticism is that when they return to the lot the shuttle bus drives everyone to their car because the lot is spread out. So there we probably 8 – 10 stops to let people off the shuttle and we were one of the last so that added another 10 – 15 minutes sitting in the shuttle bus while they drove around the lot letting people off. But coming back from a flight I wanted to get in my car and get home not drive around a parking lot looking for cars for 15 minutes. I will probably use them again. on 10÷1÷2013 there was a discount on their website.

I had been using these guys for a couple of years — decent price, ok if not friendly service. Sometimes I parked myself, other times they parked for me. Last week, they asked me to leave the keys in the car and they would park for me.
The next night, I returned to find my car unlocked and the passenger window wide open. It had been raining on and off all day. I know I didn’t leave the window open myself, because there was no reason for me to open it, and it was cold out. Even if I had left it open, they should have closed it.
When I complained to the cashier, he mumbled an apology but refused to waive the fee or discount it. I’m now having my credit card company dispute the charge.
Last time I’ll be parking there …

Well it started out good parked and walked onto the shuttle.
Waited 15 minutes for shuttle, not like their promotional video!
When I returned my car was parked in and I had to wait for the guy to go get the keys. When I started my car the battery had been run down. They apparently like to leave keys in the ignition and that leaves the lights on in my car. They were really nice and gave me a jump.
I am going back to my old rule, you park the car and take the keys with you, that’s it.
These guys do have a convenient location right on 1a it could be perfect. But its hard to be cheaper than the airport and provide customer service.

I hate to be writing this as I’ve been a loyal customer of PSW Boston for years now in an effort to support local business but the «service» has gone so far downhill that I think our relationship is over.
Late last night I arrived after a 1 day trip (meaning I dropped my car off AFTER the big snow storm here). When I was dropped off at my car it was wedged into a spot that was never cleaned out so the person parking it had to drive OVER a bunch of snow to cram my car in there. Not only that but it was wedged in so close to the cars on either side of it that I literally could not get to my front door without rubbing on both side of my body shimming sideways (I’m not a heavy guy btw, hehe.)
After finally managing to get into my car with a lot of effort I started it and backed it out. The first thing I noticed is that the setting for 4wd was turned on (which is was not when I left it). I then went to drive out and my «low tire pressure» light was on. I got out of my car and had a dead flat tire (I should mention my car is BRAND NEW with brand new tires on it).
I was very upset at this point. By my conclusion the person that parked my car not only had to make extreme effort to get my car over the snow and pushed into the bank but also popped one of my tires in the process.
After spending the better part of ½hr changing my tire I pulled up to the window looking to file a complaint as a (loyal) customer. When asked about this situation I was berated, insulted and borderline yelled at by the (gentle)man in the window. When I brought up what happened, instead of being a customer service person and working with me towards a resolution, he BLAMED me, proceeded to scold me in a condescending and arrogant manor and would not even let me reply to have an adult discussion with him (picture one of those people that starts to talk «at» you and when you try to reply, he then continues to talk over you and louder to try and establish dominance, yeah, that’s him).
In the end, I simply explained to him that «if he’s not willing to treat me as a customer and provide some real customer service then my only recourse is to take my business elsewhere. I also told him that a lack of loyalty will eventually impact him but hey, he got my $ 33.00 today so congratulations and have a nice day.»
I’m VERY disappointed and will be checking out Pre-​Flight and other options going forward. Park, Shuttle and Fly was a Boston staple to me and I enjoyed being loyal to a local business but I just can’t keep taking all the risk and then get treated in the «how dare you question me» manor from someone I’m paying money to for a service.
Proceed with caution as the quality of employee and service here is long gone.

Never again. They are great on the drop your car off and get you over to Logan, but they SUCK on picking you up on your return. I just waited thirty minutes today, and this isn’t the first time. If you have time to spare, sure, roll the dice. Otherwise, go with one of the other companies, because I saw their vans go by multiple times as I waited.

They’re open 24/​7, so a very convenient option when catching an early morning flight out of Logan. We arrived around 4:30 AM, had no issues finding a spot. The van came immediately to greet us and transport us to the airport. The arrival was similar, after putting out a call once we received our baggage.
Quick Tip: make sure to bring any printed coupons with you upon arrival, as they ask for them when you get there and stamp your card accordingly.

I love the concept… park very close to the airport… pay less per day and have the whole process of airport parking take less time.
When I arrived, it worked fine (or so I thought)…I gave my information to the attendant INCLUDING the on-​line coupon… left my car and key, hopped on a shuttle that immediately brought me to my terminal.
When I returned, I called… waited about 15 minutes (started thinking how I would already be in my car on the way home if I used central parking)…the shuttle arrived…7 people got on… off to their parking lot.
Got to their parking lot and the driver had to leave to get everyone’s keys… then we started the drive around the parking lot over and over while the shuttle driver tried to figure out where everyone’s car was and if he had the right keys… lucky me i was last to be delivered to my car (another 20 minutes of my life gone). So much for them being a faster alternative.
I then go to leave and am told my coupon was not applied… I asked why and the attendant said the rate was the standard rate… I told him I had a coupon when I dropped my car… he replied the rate was the rate… so I asked «so the coupon doesn’t mean anything» and he said no.
I HATE a business that is unethical… why people put so much effort into being unethical when they could put the same energy into doing things the «right» way is always a mystery to me.
So, 1) it doesn’t save you time, central parking would be much faster and 2) make your financial decision based on their full rate because they do not honor their own coupons.

Usually, these are my go-​to guys for parking at Logan.
When leaving on a trip, you drop your car, leave the key, they park it for you, and they drive you — usually without any real wait — to the airport.
Usually, when coming back from a trip, I call while getting off the plane, and a van is waiting outside to take me to my car.
Over the weekend, I was a bit disappointed with the pick-​up service. I made my usual call, then went outside to see a Park Shuttle & Fly van leaving. I figured that another one would be on its way shortly. Fifteen minutes later… no shuttle. I called, and they said they would send another shuttle… which came after about another 10 minutes.
So, this means that the original guy didn’t see me, and he made a decision to leave and not come back. When I got into the shuttle, I asked why there was such a long wait. The driver told me it was because of traffic. On a Saturday. At 2pm. With no cars on the road. Yeah.
When paying, I asked why there was such a long wait. The guy in the booth told me he had no idea and mumbled an apology. I told him that if I hadn’t called a second time, I thought I wouldn’t have been picked up. He told me I was right. Wow.
Meanwhile, while I was waiting, six (six!) Pre-​Flight Parking shuttles went by.
Usually, they’re great, but I might need to try someone new.
