I loved this place. The best sandwiches, cookies and carrot cake. So sad it’s closed.

I hope this is a rumor, and this place isn’t closed. They have the best cookies, ever, hands down the best! I will be devastated if it has closed for good. If it is please tell me where I can find these cookies…

After eating half of my salad I found a dead lady bug in it. Seems that the stations are not sanitary at all. Definitely never going back to this one.

Some of THE best cookies I’ve had in Boston. They get me every time with the«Buy 6, Get 6 more for free!» Before you know it, I’m walking home with a dozen delicious cookies that are impossible NOT to devour. I first went to Paradise after spotting a few people walking around the Pru with adorable-looking cookie-cakes, and I discovered the my were coming from this little spot in the Food Court. I’ve yet to try a cookie-cake, but it’s definitely on my To Do List! So based only on their treats and great customer service, I’ve got to give this place 5 scrumptious stars!

I used to live in the area and came here when it was a video store around 2003. When my friends took me recently I was shocked. It really has been done over nicely. Same owner… nice guy. The menu is vast. sandwiches, soups, beers, tea, coffee, pastries… live FREE music on weekends. Good music also. It’s a nice spot to hang. My only issue… heat needed to be on higher… it was freezing out so you could feel a chill even in the back. Beyond that… great little joint.

I had the albacore tuna sandwich and it was the best tuna sandwich that I have ever had. The celery in the tuna was fresh and flavorful and the tuna was just perfect.

They have good cookies. Although it can be too sweet, it is a treat every once in a while.

There are not many places to get a salad and a sandwich that won’t kill you in the Pru. It’s basically this place or the Au Bön Pain over near the convention center. This basically means that if you want a healthy-ish sandwich, you should leave the Pru and go elsewhere. I got the pick 2 sandwich and salad combo, and: 1) I’m struck by how incredibly unorganized the place is. There are no directions as to where to go once you place an order. Apparently, for sandwiches you go to pay, for soup or salad, you stand and wait and block the other people in the line from ordering. Great planning there. 2) The line is huge and once you order it takes an amazingly long amount of time to get your food. The salads and soup take a reasonable-ish amount of time, but the sandwiches take forever. 3) I ordered a «classic sandwich» and it was disgusting. The bread was way too sweet(and it was the multi-grain, not the molasses), the cheese clashed with it, and the pesto mayo tasted like soap. 4) The salad had a lot of stray ingredients in it – and that always grosses me out a bit, also the balsamic salad dressing just didn’t taste good. That said, the cookies: the cookies are wonderful. Go for the cookies, skip the sandwiches, and you will be happy. Also, if you use your Pruferred card, you can buy one cookie get a second cookie free.

Only had cookies here but these cookies are always good. Soft but cooked through, great flavors, great ingredients. So much better than that Mr Cookie factory we all see in malls.

Don’t let the long line deter you. It moves quickly and the food is worth the small wait. Salads are great and although I haven’t had the sandwiches, they look good and I’ve never heard a complaint. The iced coffee is the biggest and strongest around(in a great way, not overpowering and bitter) and the catering is the BEST.

My coworkers and I frequent Paradise for 1 thing… and that thing is cookies. Yes, it will be 4:30 and we just have a horrible collective sweet tooth. When there were more of us, we were go in for the«minis», which come in all flavors(lemon, chocolate chip, chocolate, oatmeal, etc), but now there’s just 2 of us we both get a big cookie. And we usually pick chocolate chip, because it’s an incredible classic. The chips are always melty, which is a sign that it’s a WELLMADECOOKIE. This morning I decided to stop by for a breakfast sandwich. Aside from the v confusing line and ordering system(left for baked goods, right for sandwiches), the experience was fine and the sandwich even better. You have your choice of bread, and I chose ciabatta. The ciabatta was excellent, and the egg, sausage and cheddar top notch. I will be back!

As far as delis, soups and sandwich spots in a mall’s food court go, this one is alright. Better than alright, actually, with a fresh chicken and walnut salad sandwich(half) and a cup of well-seasoned chicken lemon orzo soup, plus a chocolate chip cookie, for $ 7.15. This cookie, see, it gets raves from all the baked good fanatics. I don’t toss around superlatives often, and I won’t do it here. This chocolate chipper is good — damned good, even — but the best in the city belongs to Volle Nolle(may its lunch biz RIP). That said, for a chunky, gooey mess that slightly salty and just a wee bit under baked, look no further than your complimentary sugar fix that sides every sandwich order. Need another? $ 1.40 makes magic happen. Regina’s may give you come hither stare, while Panda Express wafts orange chicken in your nose-brain, but if you’re feeling a feel-better option in the Pru at a solid price, Paradise fits the bill.

Banana walnut muffin is spectacular! Portion size perfect. Walnuts fresh and nutty. Delicious muffin top and base. I usually stop after the top but the whole of the muffin was equally as yummy. I was desperate for a bite and decided to pick something up here on my way to a conference in the Sheraton. I was immediately drawn to the muffin on display and would have chosen the banana chocolate chip one but was in the mood for something nutty. As stated above, this muffin is one of the best I have had in a long while. Most muffins these days are of the McD size with no real flavor or substance. I hope to try their cookies soon since its seems that other Unilocalers rave about the cookies.

Going to start off the review with how amazing the cookies are because they are known for their mouth-watering cookies. You can’t really go wrong with their cookies. I’ve tried a bunch of them already and my top three are the paradise surprise(oreo cookies), chocolate chip and cranberry-white chocolate ones. Mind you, I always considered chocolate chip an okay cookie flavor, but they converted me after I had theirs! Also, make sure you have a Pru card(which is free), so you can get a 2-for-1 deal with the cookies! I’m also a fan of the food they serve there. The salads are actually pretty filling and good(and salads aren’t typically my first choice lol). I always rotate between the Asian chicken salad, chicken Caesar and the southwest chicken Caesar. It’s also great that they let you substitute ingredients in the salads, in case you would prefer tuna instead of chicken. I’ve also had some of their sandwiches, and they’re okay. My favorite is the chicken walnut, but the others aren’t really mind-blowing. This is probably their weakest area lol. It also doesn’t help that getting a sandwich can be a bit of a wait. On the plus side, sandwiches come with a chocolate chip cookie! Also, you can do a «choose two» option where you get a small salad, a half sandwich and a cookie! That’s like a full meal, including dessert haha. Be warned, though. The line/wait can get pretty brutal during peak hours. If you’re looking to get a quick lunch there, I would avoid your normal lunch times, or else, you might end up wasting it waiting in line/for your food.

Can’t believe I haven’t reviewed this place yet since I’ve been coming here for almost 4 years now. I love the Albacore Tuna(I get mine toasted, just ask for it and they will), and the cookies are amazing. The muffins are great for a morning snack with some coffee. Some tips: if you get the Prudential Center«Pruferred» card, you can get two cookies for the price of one. Also, normally a chocolate chip cookie comes with a sandwich, but you can ask them to switch it out for any other kind(I recommend the oatmeal raisin or the chocolate coconut).

The. best. chocolate. chip. cookies. in. the. world. Seriously, I don’t know how they do it. I am absolutely obsessed with chocolate chip cookies and would easily substitute them as a go-to dessert to celebrate my day of birth. Who needs a bday cake when you have chocolate chip cookies on this earth? And Paradise’s…they take the cake(no pun intended). SOSOSOGOOD. The turkey cranberry sandwich is also amazing, but if you’re there during the non-lunch hour, ask them to make it for you fresh because once it sits on their display block for a while, the bread can get kind of stale. All sandwiches come with a cookies, which is a nice perk, and if you have a Prudential rewards card, the cookies are buy one get one free!

This rating is solely based on their amazing cookies! I consider myself to be quite a cookie expert. I seldom pass up the opportunity to try a different type of chocolate chip cookie. In college think I had chocolate chip cookies at least 3 times a week. That being said, I must say that although i enjoy crunchy cookies, i prefer soft baked, almost gooey cookies that you can find at this establishment. Flavors Tried: coconut chocolate chip cookie– the best. Super moist with coconut flakes baked on top. I’m usually not a big coconut fan but these were amazing. Paradise surprise– these cookies n cream flavored cookies are unique and tasty– a must try Peanut butter– a solid cookie White chocolate macadamia nut– very flavorful with the perfect texture Chocolate chip– classic cookie perfection. I usually pick this flavor as my favorite but the coconut addition won my deepest affection. However, these are still quality if you don’t want to try the coconut variation.

I have been here once before and had a sandwich, which I can’t remember what it was but I got it to go and then when I got to my table I realized that a cookie was inside the bag. I have to say the cookies was memorable and when I came back into town and saw this place I remember so I had to get a cookie again. I came in and was helped right away and I ordered a chocolate chip and a coconut chocolate chip cookie. I then tried the cookies and they were amazing like last time. They are soft, flavorful and just amazingly delicious. I will have to come back and try some other items but if anything I will be back for the cookies.

Hanging out in the mall doing some shopping and decided that fast food was the way to go. Unilocal helped me to find this place. I tried the Turkey Cranberry sandwich warmed up, which was good. After reading the reviews, I also went with 3 cookies. Didn’t realize the sandwich came with a cookie. So far I’ve had a chocoalte chip, which was delicious. Also one of their specials with oreos baked into it — also quite good. I’ve got the rest in my fridge waiting to be heated up in my toaster oven, but I expect to thoroughly enjoy them all. I like this place, they try to give you options for a decent price, have nutritional stats online, and have great desserts. Paradise indeed!
