Specialties

Movement Sciences is a top rated personal training studio located in the beautiful Copley Square area in Back Bay, in Boston Massachusetts. Movement Sciences is a progressive fitness training designed to assist in creating positive, sustainable lifestyle changes. This is not simply personal training. I use corrective exercise techniques to create functional movement and a more symmetrical body. At Movement Sciences, I know many injuries are preventable. Flexibility is key to fitness: I conduct movement assessments which focus on flexibility and posture for every client. My mission is to bring corrective exercise, functional movement, and nutrition to the forefront of the personal training industry while creating positive, sustainable lifestyle changes for all who walk through the door. Look good, feel good, move better!
