Very professional approach where and when you expect everything to shine… and it did. Douglas came through and did a wonderful job on my car. Don’t wont to take it out of the garage. I’ll have him back soon for our other car.

A return phone call is all it takes… I am amazed that Mirror Image doesn’t understand this simple concept in customer service. I called the number available on Unilocal after reading the reviews. I got a voicemail and left a message asking for a return call. I have 3 cars and wanted to have one of them detailed in order to try this place out. After a week with no return phone call, I called for a second time. It was summer and a time for vacations, and small businesses take vacations too so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. After my second call, that has gone unreturned for three weeks I don’t have any excuses for them. They are just rude. A simple phone call can be all it takes to gain a new loyal customer. Instead, Mirror Image ignored my calls and I’ve taken my (3) cars to the detail shop in my parking garage for detailing. Don’t waste your time with this place, as they can’t even take the time to return a phone call.

This is the most unprofessional business I have encountered to date. Although very limited, I was sold on good reviews (now I question if some are real customers). I went online and scheduled auto detailing for my SUV. I live in Winchester, MA (less than 10 miles from downtown Boston) and my address was specified clearly in the scheduling request. They responded on Monday stating that we are all set, and they asked if I have water and electricity at the location, and I confirmed that I did. With their confirmation, I took time off from work to get the detailing done at my house. On the day of the job, they called and said we are outside their area of service, and cancelled the job. I sent a follow-​up email asking for an explanation for this unprofessional behavior. This is what I got, «we don’t service Winchester unless requested by the client in advance and approved by us, based on the address provided it is a 26 miles drive with traffic on 95 that puts us at over a hour. If you would like to schedule and pay the out of service fee stated on our website and Unilocal,we can most definitely try to work with you.» Guess what, I requested in advance, and you approved the address and time. Not only they are not apologizing and trying to make up to the customer for their failure to schedule, they are asking for money. This is not a reliable business, they do not care about their customers, they offer lower prices to attract people, and have no interest to build loyalty. These are all against a good business model. I would definitely not recommend them.

I just had a (much overdue) interior detail done on my car when Mirror Image came to my apartment building. My car looks brand new! I don’t know how, but Doug got all of the dirt out of every crack and crevice in my car. He also shampooed the carpets/​floor mats — I didn’t know they could get so clean. Doug was professional, friendly, and courteous. I will definitely use Mirror Image next time I get my car detailed — the prices are good, and they don’t cut any corners.

Amazing job with the detail! I walked out to see my car and didn’t recognize it because it was so clean. I honestly thought my car was dark blue, only to see it was actually black. Having done outside sales for three years, I lived out of my car and it showed. I had stains on my back leather seats that I was told would never come out and a collection of dirt under the seats I thought could only be addressed if the seats were taken out. Mirror Image was able to address all these issues and make my car look (almost) brand new! And 2 weeks after getting it detailed, it still has that great new car smell. I’ve recommended this service to everyone on my team at work!

I seldom, to never let anyone touch my paint. But after seeing Doug work on all these cars at my building, i decided to give him a try. And boy, his work really expresses his love for cars. Be it an expensive super car, to a compact car, he treats them all with the same care and love. We even worked on my car together, and shared tricks and tips we had learnt from our experiences in detailing cars. Ever since i met him, i seldom take the effort to wash my car anymore. As doug takes as good if not better care than i do!

Unbelievably good job was done on my SUV. I’ve NEVER had that car detailed and it was not pretty. When I picked it up I was seriously speechless. He noticed that there were a lot of scratches on it so he called me to ask if I had time for him to wax it TWICE.
I’m not exaggerating this company does a phenomenal job with your car. There are areas of my car that I expected to never get clean and they are. Like the air vents, the small spaces in-​between the seat and center console. Additionally, the customer service is great. If you don’t have electrical or water outside your place then you can arrange to meet him during one of his «events» so that you don’t have to pay extra. He’ll even find you a ride home and back if you want. Anyway, can’t recommend them enough.

Mobile detailing perfection. I uploaded a photo of the exterior results. I found Mirror Image on Unilocal cause I wanted to have my brother’s car detailed for his birthday. The arrangements were easy and the results are nothing less than ultimate professionalism. A+ gift while they’re working.

I had a great first experience with Mirror Image today. My car hadn’t been detailed since I bought it in 2007. I got it back looking and smelling fantastic. Done around my schedule, reasonably priced, and he came to me! Extremely happy with the service.

We just had our car detailed by Doug when he came to the Atmark in Cambridge. He did a amazing job!!! he was worth every penny!!! Doug worked so hard and the car looks brand new!!! Thank you Doug we will use you again for sure!!! Now I do not have to be get a new car! The inside has not been this clean since the day I got it 7 years ago. Awesome service, he came to us. Excellent service! Very few places understand how customer service works but this place gets it. They are professional and friendly. Called him, got an appointment right away and left extremely happy. My car has never looked better. So clean and shiny. I highly recommend them.

I have a Monthly Plan setup with Mirror Image Mobile Detailing. The dedication they take with my car is top notch they go through every corner and crannies and always leave my car shiny, clean and dealing with such professional people is a great. I cant praise Douglas and hist team at Mirror Image enough just like every review definitely recommend them and will be a customer for awhile.
