If you are looking for a professional real estate agent, I highly recommend Midtown Properties, Inc. Jason and his team are very knowledgeable about the property that was listed as well as finding out the values of the properties around it. They are doing excellent job in analyzing the market and pricing for property sales/​buying and renting, especially in Metro Boston area. Jason’s monthly seminar at MIT helped so many landlords, property buyers/​renters include college students in Boston Area to meet their real estate investing or consuming needs with great satisfaction.

Landlord 101 seminar was very good, a lot of insights and tips, learned a lot, met other landlords which created a sense of camaraderie. I definitely will recommend this seminar to others when it is held again. The lease addendum section is especially useful, I can see many areas I need to update mine to better protect myself. The discussion with other landlords was great too

Great service, sold my house within 3 weeks with Jason. He gave honest advice and did not try to get me under my asking price. This company is small but growing at a fast rate. They even provide landlords with seminars once a month! I definitely recommend Midtown Properties for renting, buying, selling, and consulting.
