My mother is a everyday customer. My mother ordered four coffee, and she had ask for extra cream. The lady who was scheduled to work @ 6:21Am on 1÷22÷2016 made a face and mumbled under her breath to my mother. If she is not happy with her job, she should of stayed home! I was next in line, I asked about the kind of pies and the price of the apple pies. She give me an attitude! Not only that afterwards when I got my order, this lady gave me two different pies on purpose. I had said apple pies in one conversation three times! She fixed the order and tossed the pies at me and spoke in Spanish to other customers. I am not happy with her service. And because of this situation I have a feeling she will mistreat my mother being in this restaurant. My mother is a senior and deserves people who will treat her better! I had a very horrible experience!

A HORRIBLEPLACETOEAT. They were talking smack about me in spanish, I understand spanish for the record. They gave me and my man the wrong order on purpose and didn’t care. It took 15 minutes just to receive the right order. Also it is dirty inside. Don’t eat here unless you want to get sick!

Be careful when getting your cash back from the cashier. This morning one of the employees returned $ 3.03 back to me for my iced coffee when it should’ve been $ 4.30. And he was being sketchy about it too. When I brought it up to him he didn’t even apologize and just turned to the next customer. Poor service.

All staff here are spanish, and honestly they are not nice with the customers! Another thing is that they simply do not speak English well! That is not good. Will not go there anymore.

What is wrong with this crew. No hi no thank you no please nothing nice. Just miserable attitude like you owe them money or something more. Management should should train them 10 times a day and make sure they got their shit together.

Worst McDonald’s that I’ve ever been to, I got food poisoning, the wrong change and then the wrong order. No one speaks English and it’s a miserable experience. I went there again and the same thing happened, minus the food poisoning. Additionally after 11pm they no longer offer anything on the dollar menu. I’m pretty sure that’s against corporate policy. I will never go to this McDonalds ever again.

Hmm what to say about my experience here upon arriving I saw two thugs run out of the bathroom supciously upon investigating there was a freshman lunged over the toilet pretty much defenseless at that point, yaking his brains out probably got over served at tits. saying they stole my wallet and iPhone. Also fights break out there the usual drunk idiot looking for there 5 minutes of fame. The place it’s self is disgusting wet floors dirtball tables mediocre food and bum city.

This place is like the drunk person’s Mecca. Between 12:30−2AM, every drunk in the neighborhood drops by here on the way back from the bars. It’s loud, people get rowdy, and lines are very long. It also takes a long time for the food to get to you, much longer than fast food should. The food itself is very average, standard for any McDonald’s you’d go to. The good thing about there being so many people is that the fries aren’t ever too stale, since they make a new batch frequently to meet the high demands. If you do want to eat here, make sure to come buy before the last call rush. I usually take my food to go. I think they may have renovated a bit a few years back, but I still hate having to sit down here to eat. If you’re looking for food during the day, go somewhere else; you have so many options in the Harvard Ave area, so this McDonald’s should be your last resort.

Food is fine, but WiFi and outlets are not reliable… Also, service is sometimes good, sometimes poor, with no correlation to how busy the restaurant is.

Mcdonalds food is gross. It doesn’t taste very good and leaves your stomach feeling funny all day. The service in this location is OK but when it it c busy they slow down to almost a crawl. There is a rehab like right next door so there are degenerates hanging around all day constantly fighting with each other making inflammatory statements to people they don’t know. The employees don’t care of you are sitting at a table or not they go right ahead and mop around your feet anyway.

McDonalds is like a girlfriend you hate. I find my self alone, driving past those golden arches when i realize i am actually hungry and pull in. It is at this moment when i walk up to the cashier and order a #3 from the menu, medium size with an orange juice and a double apple pie. Suddenly, as i reach for my wallet the aura around those arches of gold begins to fade, as i take my first bite into the greasy ripe sandwich i recollect the last time i relished in this deadliest of sin, that feeling passing as i finish with gluttony. It is now that i realize what i have always known, that i in fact hate everything McDonalds stands for. I hate the effects of its food on my body and the effects of its corporate enormousness on our planet. I hate it so much so that it makes me hate my self, and i can’t live with this any more.

This McDonald’s is the closest to my place. The location is also convenient because it is right next to a green line station. Other than that, McDonald’s is McDonald’s. Nothing special to write about this place.

It’s funny how most of the bad reviews on here are from people who have only eaten here once. I understand that when that many people have had a bad experience at a business, even from just visiting once, then it starts to get a bad reputation, but I would not rate this McDonald’s that low. It’s your average McDonalds’. I live on Glenville Ave, about a block from this McDonald’s, so of course I’ve had my fair share of exposure to this restaurant. I will say that there has never been one outstanding bad experience for me. If you are friendly with the staff, they are generally very friendly and pleasant with you. Yeah, the bathroom looks like shit sometimes, but consider the location of the restaurant and the groups of people that this particular area of Allston attracts. As for getting orders correctly, I have never had a problem. I’ve probably been there at least 24 times either by myself or tagging along with other people either for something small or something big, and I have never had anything to complain about. When you work in a high volume fast food restaurant, it can be tough to keep up with checking on the bathroom if there has been a constant rush all day. And that rush probably causes them to screw up a couple orders because things can start to get confusing when you’re feeding thousands of hipsters a day. Don’t even get me started with the bullshit those poor employees have to deal with after 9PM. Have a little respect and be friendly. Please and thank you can take you very far in this world. This McDonald’s will always be a favorite of mine.

The good news: they are updating this business with new chairs, tables, and look. The regular news: the food is the same as every other McD’s but there are many homeless people who use this place as a shelter/bathroom all day. I did see someone get kicked out of there today but I’m wondering if that is rare.

It was a McDonalds. I got a 20 piece nugget. I counted them for some reason. They gave me 19 so I went up to the counter to complain. The manager guy didn’t question me and went and got me 4 more nuggets. I also watched him get them so I know he didn’t spit in my food. I guess my experience was okay.

It’s a McDonald’s and it’s pretty much average. If you go during the day, excpect to get your food fast and cheap! I would give the Mickey D’s 4 stars, but they loose points with the constant homeless people waiting outside for your donations and the bathrooms could be cleaner. The Goods: — $ Menu is huge! McDoubles, McChickens, Fries, etc. — Friendly staff — Great service and weekday deals The Bads: — Dirty bathrooms — Drunk people galore at 11pm-2am — Chicken Nugget 4 pieces are not $ 1

My problem isn’t the food. I’ll admit, I love McDonald’s, and if I am starving and am low on options, I’ll run to McDonald’s for a burger. My issue is that I am wary of the cleanliness of this place. There are so many bums just«hanging around» inside, and it is creepy walking into that place alone. I guess that’s expected given this place is on the corner of Harvard Ave. and Comm Ave. Avoid the bathroom. My boyfriend went to use the bathroom once and walked out — I’ll leave it up to your imagination what he found in the sink. If I go here, it’s only when I am really desperate to eat.
