Dr. Ginsburg and his whole team are a class act, professional and talented bunch. I’ve gone here for years and have been very happy with my dental care. All of my cleanings were painless and through. The few times when I did have cavities, Dr. Ginsburg did a wonderful job of making sure things went smoothly and I was cared for. I left with minimal (if any) pain and within a day everything was perfect. I also found the receptionist to be very helpful, friendly and on top of everything. Would recommend to a friend of family member without hesitation.

Just went back for 2 cavity fillings. By far the easiest and most pleasant experience I’ve had with getting fillings! Dr. Ginsburg explained each step of the process, when there would be pain/​pressure, etc. I felt very respected. Everything was very calm during the whole process, and it only took 15 minutes per cavity. So great!

Hands down the best dentist I have ever been to and I would recommend that if you are looking for a dedicated, knowledgable, friendly and skilled dentist then look no further.
After a childhood of eating too much candy, I have spent my late adolescence and adulthood visiting dentist after dentist for cavities, crowns, etc. I finally found Dr. Ginsburg a few months ago and will never look back.
Dr. Ginsburg and his phenomenal staff like their jobs, are completely dedicated to whoever is sitting in the dentist chair, are very knowledgable about their craft, and provide a quality of service that is unparalleled.
The office is located in a beautiful building on Commonwealth Ave but accessed via Berkeley Street. I never wait more than 5 minutes after my appointment time to be seen and from the time I walk in to the time I leave am treated impeccably. One day Dr. Ginsburg and his assistant filled four cavities in order to accommodate my busy schedule and I didn’t feel a thing. His office is also very timely in sending dental pre-​estimates and submitting claims to insurance.

I was recommended by my husband to Dr. Matthew Ginsburg’s office. I had been going to Tufts and that wasn’t going too well due to their inconsistency with keeping up with their patient’s schedules.
Anyway, I made an appointment, and showed up. It’s located in a charming old building off of Commonwealth Avenue. As you walk in, you’re greeted by Shalia, the receptionist, and she’s very nice. I filled out the forms, and waited to be called in. The hygienist, Emily, was incredibly patient and friendly. She understood that I needed my gums to be numbed a bit because of sensitivity, and was more than happy to accommodate me. Danielle was also very nice and helpful.
My cleaning was done in under an hour. They wasted no time at all. Compared to Tufts (1 – 3 hours), this was a breeze! Emily gave me some tips and tricks for proper maintenance and I was off to see Dr. Ginsburg. I was then given a second overall exam for future next steps to maintain a treatment plan, and that was all taken care of smoothly and efficiently.
I was extremely happy with my visit and thanked them for being so accommodating. More importantly, my husband enjoyed their services so much, he referred me, and I’m definitely sold!

We have been patients of Dr. Ginsburg since he opened his new practice in the Back Bay.
He is a wonderful dentist, great with children too. He takes the time to explain everything that he is doing to both my child and myself, giving honest opinions and helpful information.
Teeth cleaning is a breath, the staff is wonderful and gentle, once again with children too.
You are always welcomed with a smile and the front office is helpful whenever needed. The practice offers flexible hours and Dr. Ginsburg is available when needed.
I highly recommend his services!

Dr. Matthew Ginsburg is an excellent dentist with a great staff. I have been going to him for over a year now and have been very pleased with his knowledge and skill. He has a pleasant and professional demeanor. I had the prep work done today for a crown– no pain during or after the procedure and no pain meds needed. I recommend Dr. Ginsburg highly.

Dr. Ginsburg is terrific. A wonderful manner and very kind. I love the staff there and Emily and Danielle are great. I look forward to going to see all of them.
