I went to visit M&S auto based on the reviews after my accident. The accident was minor and needed one of my rear passenger doors replaced with part of the panel over the tire repaired. I have an old Honda Accord 2004 with 280K miles.
I brought it in and these guys seemed really friendly and eager to help. They looked at the car and decided that it may need to be totaled because the car was so old and needed a confirmation from my insurance company. I had my car sitting in their shop, with no work done, for 10 days because my insurance never sent an appraiser out to confirm the supplement. I was charged $ 8/​day for my rental just waiting for my insurance to do their job. M&S sent me a check for those charges which they didn’t have to do since the delay wasn’t their fault, but the gesture was very much appreciated and surprising.
At the end of the day, I ended up getting the car fixed on my own with no insurance help because it was taking so long through my insurance. Hopefully, I won’t need any autobody work done for a long time but if I do, I’ll most definitely try M&S auto again strictly based on their customer service.

This shop is the absolute best! Having bad experiences with body shops in the past, I cannot say enough wonderful things about Martin and his team. They are always on point and will do everything they can to fix your problem, save you some dollars and make you a customer for life. Happy to say that they are my shop. ¹⁰⁄₁₀ would recommend.

I was referred to this body shop by my insurance company after an accident. I chose it based on the location’s close proximity to my job. I honestly didn’t know what to expect, I just wanted, at the very least, to get my car fixed. From the moment I picked up the telephone to start my claim, to the moment I drove my pristinely repaired and detailed vehicle away, I was floored by my experience. Not only is customer service top-​notch, but you get a sense that the folks at M & S really are concerned and want to help you during what is likely to be a bad situation if you are having involuntary auto body repair work done. I was greeted and received warmly by every single staff member I encountered, in person AND over the telephone. I even had the genuine pleasure of meeting both Martin and Sandro, the gracious owners who were there for me from start to finish… reassuring me, offering advice and providing recommendations for other services I solicited information about that didn’t have anything to do with their company or benefit M & S financially. Most importantly they delivered on their commitment to repairing my car and restoring it to «like new» condition inside and out (Thanks to their immaculate interior and exterior auto detailing!). I’m the first person to be skeptical about a business that has a 100% positive consumer approval rating, but I can honestly say that based on my experience, I totally understand why customers of M & S gave this business FIVE STARS! It is extremely well deserved.
Additional tip: There is a Hertz car rental on site for easy transition from your vehicle to a rental car.

I recently went to M&S Auto after my car got rear ended. I am extremely pleased with their professionalism and how painless they made my experience. They handled everything with my insurance company and went above and beyond with getting me a rental car. Hertz is located on site which is very convenient. I dropped my car off and was in a rental car in less than 10 minutes. I highly recommend M&S Auto and will continue to get my car services through them.

Excellent customer service. The owners are both very hands on and accessible. Quality work and craftsmanship in the repairs performed. I have taken cars that are 28 years old to brand new vehicles here for body work and they can handle every job.

Can I give these folks ten stars? They are the best! Not only did they do a flawless job repairing damage to my car, but they also went to bat for me when my insurance company was being shady about covering the cost. They really go the extra mile. And, every (I mean every) person who helped me was friendly, courteous, personable and professional. I never knew auto repair could be so pleasant. I felt in very competent hands, and well cared for. This was the kind of auto repair experience one can only dare to dream of. And, they returned my car to me washed and cleaned!!! Will I ever take my business elsewhere? Uh-​uh.

Highly recommend! Had my bumper repaired after this long winter and they did a great Job. As with city living, the bumper was scratched. Recently brought it back and they touched it up within minutes while I waited. Martin, the owner, was extremely accommodating and all about customer service. Thank you!

My brand new car was hit by a hit and run driver. I basically needed to replace the entire passenger side of the car. My insurance company called in the claim info and within the same day we had the car being worked on. If that wasn’t awesome timing enough the manager offered to drive me to work. Because of the amount of damage the work took a good amount of time but they were very communicative throughout the process. As it ended up I had my car back a day earlier than expected looking like new. Pick up was a breeze, I was offered a ride from work. Only once did I have to call the insurance company. These guys took care of everything. Not only did these guys do a phenomenal job of giving me my new car back they consistently delivered top notch, white glove service the entire time. Definitely recommending these guys.

Went in because my side mirror had been ripped clean off. My father though he could fix it so I bought the part and in the end he couldn’t. Called them up and explained that I had the part just needed it put on. They did it in 10 min and for free! great business model because I will definitely be back!

M&S replaced my front bumper — finished within the time estimated (1 week) and while it came in slightly over the insurance estimate, they dealt directly with the insurance so I didn’t have to. They were also very helpful with the rental car and cleaned the inside and outside of the car. I hope I never need to go back, but if I need to I definitely will!

My front license plate was tapped by another car, and the plastic housing fell off the car. I stopped by M & S because of their high ratings, and I was not disappointed! They straightened out the plate and the plastic housing, remounted it with new screws and bolts, and it looked exactly the same as before. The manager refused any payment because the entire job took 7 minutes. Wow! I will definitely come back to M & S if I need any other auto body work!

They replaced the front bumper.
The job was done on time and $ 200 below the estimate.
Cleaned the car inside and out.
Over the years we have had body work done by other shops and we think that this is the best experience to-​date.

I took my Prius Plug-​in after a front end damage thanks to this BRUTAL WINTER OF 2015 and they were very professional and caring for me and my vehicle they even checked my alignment for free and re adjusted it. However my car has a special paint and in a quarter panel the paint didn’t set in well so it looks a bit darker than the rest but they are re painting my car to fix it. definitely will go back although i pray i never have to go back.

My car was damaged in a hit and run accident while parked on my street one night. These guys were very understanding of the situation, and got my car fixed while getting the insurance company to cover more than the original estimate when more damage was found. The total time frame of work took abotu 3 weeks, but a lot of it was the insurance company’s use of a appraiser contracting company that was taking entirely too long to come out to look at the car.
The only real negative with M & S was that when I was called in to pick the car, it turned out that they were not satisfied with their work enough to give me the car back. While this was a huge disappointment and I was obviously angry because I had just returned my rental car, I admired that they took enough pride in their work to not accept a sub-​standard job. So they offered to cover some of my deductible and even gave my car a full detail while they finished the work in a couple more days. Luckily I had plenty of rental coverage.
Meanwhile, all of this was happening in the middle of about 3 blizzards which saw the area get hit with 8 feet of snow. I can only imagine how crazy and busy things must have been at their shop. Great service, great job. Thanks!

Great auto body shop in Dorchester. Fantastic customer service, only took a week for them to do repairs and my car was spotless when I got it back. Highly recommended.

They have the best customer service I have ever gotten from an auto body shop. I recommend them 100%! Sandro made sure to stay on top of the horrible insurance company we had to deal with and always kept me in the loop about the progress on my car. Sadly, the Hertz they have in the building is convenient but offers horrible customer service. It’s been 3 weeks since I returned my car and my card is still on hold for the rental.

Took in my truck to these guys after getting into a fender bender. I cannot recommend them more highly. They really gave me an honest answer and undersold themselves. Super guys.
